A) Problems occurring all over the bodyFor the following diagnoses, use the applicator designed for the affected site or for the source of the problem. The applicator should always be placed as close as possible to the affected site or to the source of pain. The AL16-LUM local applicator is suitable for local pain. Muscle, nerve and blood vessel disorders should preferably be managed by applying the treatment over a larger area and in a greater depth. For this, a folded up or unfolded applicator with holes or solenoid of a suitable size is very convenient.

Make sure that you complement your rehabilitation with an adequate intake of magnetic water. In order to magnetise water or food with a high water content, please select the Magnetisation of water program.

B) Head and neckWhen used for the head, the Biomag® magnetic therapy is effective for a variety of health conditions. For acute pain, such as toothache or inflammation of the ear canal, use the AL16-LUM local applicator. In both cases, it is advantageous to use a combination with polarised light. The applicator can be fixed with the fixing piece. For other applications on the head or neck (according to location of the problems), it is advantageous to use the applicator with holes or the solenoid applicator. During the application assume a comfortable sitting or lying position.

C) Upper limbs and shouldersUpper limbs and shoulders often suffer from various aches and pains caused by overloading, sports and other circumstances. Put the applicator around the limb and place it directly on the site of the problem. In the case of pain of the carpal tunnel in the wrist, you can also place the AL16-LUM local applicator while placing the second applicator on the shoulder area. The application is generally performed in a sitting position.

D) ChestApplication to the chest is performed by placing the surface applicator on the rib cage from the front side or if necessary on the back (on the spine). Applications are best performed when lying down. After the application, get up slowly. Do not use if a heart pacemaker is implanted or in case of unexpected or aggravating problems.

E) Abdomen and lower abdomenIn the case of known non-acute abdominal problems, place the applicator on the affected area. The application is best done when lying down. For problems in the lower abdomen, place the surface applicator or the AL16-LUM local applicator on the affected area. You can also sit on the applicator. In the case of urinary or renal tract inflammation, it is convenient to place the AL16-LUM applicator on the most affected site.

F) Lower limbs and hipsLower limbs suffer from many problems due to frequent overloading, high strain and also because they are the lowest parts of the human body. When having problems (vascular problems, muscle fatigue), put the legs on the surface applicator or pass the leg through the applicator with openings. In local problems (e.g. feet, ankles and knees), insert the leg into the applicator folded into a triangle to allow spinning action of the magnetic field. You can also attach the AL16-LUM local applicator. It can also be used in combination with polarised light for venous ulcers and skin problems. When applied to the hips, place the surface applicator on both hips to also allow preventive action of the Biomag magnetic field.

G) SpineIn problems of the spine, we usually use the unfolded surface applicator tightly placed on the affected area as well as on the entire spine. This will enable a more comprehensive action (analgesic, anti-oedematous, and regenerative) of the Biomag magnetic therapy. In the case of local acute pains, it is most advantageous to apply the AL16-LUM applicator directly to the painful site.
