Fabric requirements¾ yd setting fabric (1 yard if directional)1 yd total assorted fabrics ½ yd binding fabric1 ½ yds backing fabric1 strip ¾” x 45 ½” for the vertical band

Cutting From the setting fabric, cut: 4 pieces 23” x 5 ½” 5 pieces 11” x 5 ½”From the assorted fabrics, cut: 5 pieces 23” x 5 ½” 4 pieces 11” x 5 ½”For the vertical strip, cut: 1 piece ¾” x 45 ½”

Piecing1. Layout the quilt.

2. Sew the pieces in the left column together.3. Sew the pieces in the right column together. 4. Sew the vertical band to the two columns.

Finishing1. Layer front, batting and backing.2. Quilt.3. Bind.
