Hudson Valley Tango & La Montiel Dance
present a weekend with
OLIVER KOLKER and SILVINA VALZRecently featured at the Hudson
Valley Tango Weekend with the Maestrosin
upstate New York, the couple are recognized nationally and
internationally as
performers, choreographers and teachers. Their credits include
tours of EuropeIsrael, Japan and Argentina as well as engagements
in major tango festivals inthe US. They currently teach in New York
City.
They are solidly grounded in the classical styles of Argentine
tango, yet able toincorporate progressive techniques. Their unique
teaching method is clear andwell-structured. Their passion for the
dance is contagious, to be enjoyed bybeginning students as well as
the most experienced dancers.

Video taping of the classes by students wishing to create a
