Advantage Silver XRD with SoftwareYou depend on your X-Ray Crystallography system for precise structure determination. Delivered by Agilent’s world-wide team of service experts, the Agilent Silver XRD with Software plan assures that your system’s availability and accuracy is maintained throughout its life. With the included preventive maintenance visit to reduce instrument failures as well as preferred response time when on-site repair is required, Agilent delivers the confidence in the instrument your require.

The key aspects of the Advantage Silver XRD with Software package include:

Full parts and labor coverage for the following items:• The source (excluding the X-ray tube)

• CCD detector

• Goniometer

• System electronics

• All Agilent-manufactured chiller units and components.

• Optional services include cryogenic and/or heating devices

Annual two-day preventive maintenance (PM) visit• System health check, inspecting alignment, calibration,

X-ray intensity and detector performance

• Run standard test crystal and check machine model if required

• Check the operation of the water cooler and all cooling circuits

• Clean all filters, replace consumable filters if required

• Evacuate CCD detector if required

• Replace all blown bulbs

• Run re-lubrication macro for goniometer, lubricate if required.

of moisture from 75 litre Dewar and LN2 probe where applicable.

• Evacuation of sample and shield flow legs

• Evacuation of 75 litre Dewar if required

• Check calibration of LN2 probe

• Check operations of solenoid valve and autofill routine

• Re-assemble system and replace o-ring when required.
