SII CPD SCHEME
THE SUPERUSER LICENSE
Active Reflective Self-Directed Development
The SUPERUSER feature
has been developed to
assist HR &Training staff in
monitoring the competence
and development of their
staff through their logged
CPD activities.
SUPERUSERS
access the SII CPD
log in the same way
as standard users:
they just tick the
SUPERUSER
box before hitting
LOGIN.
SUPERUSERS can view the CPD logs of all registered members of staff. This provides them with a centralised record of all their employees' CPD activities which they can monitor continuously and easily.
SUPERUSERS can view all registered staff or sort
the list to show only complete / incomplete logs. It is
also possible to choose between current CPD logs,
previous logs, or both. The denotes a completed
log.
There is also a search function to
locate specific members of staff by
surname.
Alternatively, in LOG LIST VIEW mode,
SUPERUSERS can specify a date range to view the
CPD activities logged by staff within a given date
range.
SUPERUSERS can analyse CPD activities that
actually occurred within their selected date range, or
activities that were recorded on the SII CPD Log
within their selected date range.
LEARNING ELEMENTS
The SII CPD Scheme has been built around the concept of 4 learning elements.
All CPD activities to be logged will fall into one of these four elements.
By clicking on any of the names in the list, the SUPERUSER can access a full summary of that person’s logged CPD activities to date.
A breakdown of the logged / earned hours is shown at the top of the screen.
LEARNING ELEMENTS
The SII CPD Scheme has been built around the concept of 4 learning elements.
All CPD activities to be logged will fall into one of these four elements.
Superusers may also add activities to the logs of their registered staff.
Hitting NEW ENTRY allows the Superuser to enter an activity as if they were logged on as the standard user.
Any manually logged activity may also be edited or deleted by the Superuser.
At any time,
SUPERUSERS
can choose to
export all of the
logged
information into
an Excel
spreadsheet.
The SUPERUSER
License costs just
£1000 annually.
It is also completely
free of charge to all SII
Corporate Member
firms.
