The rights of Australian permanent residents 澳大利亚永久居民享有以下权利：

• To sponsor spouse, parents, children to apply for Australian permanent residency or to apply for tourist visa to come to Australia to visit.

• No successful business history requirement, wealth from inheritance can be used to meet the asset requirement.

• Relaxed residence requirement . Requirement can be met by the primary visa holder or their spouse. No residence requirement to any other family members. If the primary visa holder is to satisfy the requirement, it is an average of 40 days per full or part year. If the spouse is to satisfy the requirement, it is 180 days per year.

DIBP is focusing only on the $5 million parcel. This is beneficial to the visa applicant to a great extend. Therefore DIBP expects a clear trail of ownership of the fund and transfer of the fund to Australia. 移民部审查重点仅仅在500万的资产。对于申请人来讲这主要是有利的。鉴于此，移民部要求申请人提供清晰的资产所有权路和资产转移的路径。
