a. Tell students that your friend John is going to have a very busy week nextweek. He has a lot of things to do. Make up a schedule for Johns week, butdivide the information between two different schedules. For example:

b. Divide the class into pairs. Give each member of the pair a differentschedule. Have students share their information and fill in theirschedules. For example:
Student A: John is going to clean his house on Sunday.Student B: Okay. [writes the information in Schedule B] On Monday hes

c. The pairs continue until each has a filled calendar.
d. Have students look at their partners schedule to make sure that they havewritten the information correctly.
