In total, there was 30,982 reservation made by 1,050 exhibitors and 12,097 visitors by the SIAL Match-Making system in 2017.

The SIAL China Match-Making system is an important service for exhibitors and visitors and is part of our commitment to supporting internationality and innovation.

This is our second time participating in SIAL China. We decided to return because last time was a great success. We believe Chinese consumers want healthy food options, like organic and natural products. Two of the trends discuss this week.- SAPMER, LD Mauritius

We came here for the very first time this year, and we are very excited because we have seen a lot of people coming to our booth and asking about our products. We know the Chinese market for organic foods is growing quickly, so we are planning to come again next year.- ORGANIC LATIN AMERICA

We work with wine products from Grande Province, South Africa. Right behind me is one of the wine products we export throughout the world. My client and I decided to participate in SIAL China because we know that the China market is growing quite substantially, and Chinese consumer is still learning about wines. I speak for every-one in the South Africa Pavilion when I say that South Africa will always have a presence at SIAL China, and we will most likely be back too.- South Africa Pavilion

We hear a lot about SIAL China in India. So I'm here to understand what exhibitors are here, and from which country they come from. I would definitely love to come back.- Rai, India

As an owner in the food catering industry, we are very happy to see so many HoReCae exhibitors coming to China. With their various products, they offer us so many options for food stuffs. This is very helpful for us, and I will definitely join next years exhibition.- Mr. Ge, Jiangsu Subei Catering Company
