Terms & Condition

1. The Dental Material will have to be Worked F.O.R. Shirdi.

2. The rate should be inclusive of all taxes, excise duties, VAT, Transport charges T.O.T. Etc.

3. You will have to mention name of company, packing, rate per unit, total cost etc. along with colour

broacher.

4. Packing, forwarding and other charges will not be paid by the Sansthan.

5. No increase will be given or allowed in the rates for any reason whatsoever.

6. Payment will be made by the Sansthan on confirmation of the name of the company, quality,

quantity, grade if any etc. as specified in the quotation and after Prior Sanction of Supplier. No

advance payment will be made against the supply.

7. The quotation must be clearly mention on the sealed envelope that “Quotation for Work of Dental

Material” for Shri Saibaba Hospital.

8. Pick up & Delivery of lab work You have to pick labwork from the Dental Dept. of Saibaba

Hospital , twice in week & Delivery should be within one week.

9. The quotation in sealed cover may please be submitted to our Shirdi office on or before

dt. 05/05/2018.
