Follow these steps to create a screencast to be used for troubleshooting your PC problems

Check email

1. Open your email from RCU BBTechSupport2. Left click on the link to the troubleshooting

site

Browse to website

1. Enter your name2. Left click Start Recording

Begin Application Download

The website will attempt to download a Java application.

Allow application installation

1. When the security box appears, left click the Run button

2. If you think you will be using this application for additional sessions, left click the "always trust content" checkbox

Begin Recording

1. When you begin recording, a countdown will appear. DO NOT CLOSE THE BROWSER. MINIMIZE the browser to screencast content from other programs on your computer

2. You will have five minutes of recording time.3. If you wish to start over again, left click the

Cancel button4. When you have completed your screencast,

left click the STOP button at the bottom right of the screen

Processing the screencast

After you have left clicked the STOP button, the application will automatically process your screencast

Upload the screencast

After processing is complete, the application will automatically upload the screencast to http://www.screencast-o-matic.com

Email the screencast to RCU BB Tech Support

1. The application will automatically email RCU BB Tech support the link to the screencast you have just competed.

2. Close the ShowMeWhatsWrong.com browser tab.
