MELIA HO TRAM OFFERS NEW RENTAL PROGRAM
OPTIONS FOR HOTEL SUITES PURCHASERS
In May 2018, the Melia Ho Tram at the Hamptons launched a new rental program
option exclusively for Hotel Suite Units in the Tower. Purchasers of Hotel Suite can
choose an additional guarantee option:
6% per year for the first 2 operational years
8% per year for year 3, year 4, and year 5
From year 6 onwards, 60% of Net Rental Income from the Hotel Suite Rental
Program will be passed to the purchasers.
Purchaser will receive 20 Purchaser Points per year for the first 5 years, and
40 Purchaser Points starting from year 6 onwards.
Purchaser at Melia Ho Tram will enjoy a Luxury-Class resort experience, and feel

MELIA TO HIRE ANOTHER 365 STAFF MEMBERS
Mr. Manuel Ferriol – General Manager of Melia Ho Tram at The Hamptons
confirmed that we will been hiring another 365 staff members in the coming
months to prepare for our Grand Opening towards the end of 2018.
New Team Members of Melia Ho Tram will go through intensive hospitality
training at our site in Ho Tram. The training and preparation will be the key to
providing a true luxury lifestyle experience for Owners, Guests and Patrons of
Melia Ho Tram at the Hamptons.
The success of the resort also depends on the expertise of Melia Hotels
International. With over 60 years of experience in resort management in more
than 43 countries and over 400 hotels, Melia Hotels International (MHI) provides a
breadth of global resort experience. MHI also has extensive experience in Vietnam
and over 30 years of experience in Southeast Asia.
With leading innovation in operations management, 5 distinct food and beverage
concept restaurants, international 5-star amenities including the award-winning
Yhi Spa, conference and business centers, enormous resort pool, fitness center
and kids clubs, Melia Ho Tram is poised to be one of the premier luxury resorts in

Major construction activities at Melia Ho Tram at The Hamptons have passed
quality inspection and continue to make good progress. Starting in November of
2018, some villas will be ready for handover to our buyers. In the coming months
we will schedule handover and notify each Owner of the date to receive their
Luxury Beachfront Unit!
Our owners can be assured that the maintenance of their property will meet
international 5-star standards given Melia’s global experience and reputation.
Starting from November of 2018, booking in advance for owners will be available
for the Villas and Hotel Suites. Once you arrive at Melia Ho Tram, you will verify
your information at Owner’s Desk and be escorted exclusively to your villa or
hotel suite.
HANDOVER FOR BUYERS

CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS
Major construction activities at Melia Ho Tram at The Hamptons are progressing nicely. All major Structural and MEP has been finished, and we remain on
schedule to deliver an international 5-star resort experience to our valued buyers and guests.
Updates on current construction progress:
Full interior finish of Villas is under progress along with villas pools and
connection to main infrastructure.
Interiors, MEP and kitchen installation works for the Tower are progressing on time and will be ready for full testing in Early Q4.
Structure of Beach Restaurant, Clubhouse and Spa are completed with
MEP, kitchen installation, windows and finishing currently underway.
Major concrete works for the Resort Pools are completed with underground
MEP. Finishing and testing are scheduled to be completed in October.
Major underground infrastructure such as sewage treatment plant, water and electricity are complete. Road and curbing works are underway for finishing materials. Major electricity has been connected for preliminary testing.
