    Dr Ashok SrivastavaLecturer

    Dr. Ashok Kumar Srivastava completed his Masters Degree in

    Commerce & Management in 1978, his PhD in 1986 from Alla-habad University and Post-Doctoral Work from IIM, Ahmadabad,India as part of FDPM in 1989. Dr. Srivastava has vast experiencein administration, training, research, and consultancy spanningover three decades. He has supervised eight Doctoral Disserta-tions up to now. He is a certified management trainer from Hu-maNext which is a US based premier management training andconsultancy organization. He also conducted a number of train-ing programs in UAE and India. His specialization area is HumanResource Management and Business Communication (includingSelf-communication). He has taught Marketing, HRM, StrategicManagement and Business Communication in MBA Programs.

    Currently, Dr. Srivastava is University Secretary / Registrar atGlobal College Malta. Previously he worked as Head of Academic& Student services in Heriot-Watt University Dubai Campus, man-aging eight university schools in Dubai ranging from School ofManagement Languages, School of Engineering & Physical Sci-ences to the Institute of Petroleum Engineering and more than2000 on-campus students.
