Dear Sir or Madame,

I am writing to complain about the camera I bought in your shop. Unfortunately It worked only for a few days and then something broke down.I bought it five days ago because I wanted to take some photos on my sister’s wedding. I had checked everything before I went there. It was all right. I took some photos in the church and during the reception but when I wanted to use this camera in the evening the flash did not turn on. I changed the batteries but nothing happened.I was very disappointed and annoyed because your employee had assured me that it was a high quality equipment. What is more, I had to wait for it for about a week and non of your employees contacted me to give some information concerning the order. They did not answer my emails and phone calls. As a consequence I want a full refund or a new camera at once. I would like to know when you will be able to come to your decision. If again you will not answer my calls or emails I will contact my lawyer. I am looking forward to hearing from you.

OPIS OBRAZKAIn the picture I can see a fruit stall. In the foreground there are some plastic baskets with red and green apples. In the background I can see other fruit displayed on shelves along the wall. There are all kinds of fruit in all colours: lemons, oranges, peaches, melons. On the left there are some people: the woman has already bought something and has turned around, two men in the background are still deciding what to buy. The stall is probably a part of a larger building as I can see some other stalls. Perhaps people come here every day to buy fresh fruit, meat or bread. It seems to be a busy place.
