Shining Grey is high quality veneer in timeless, glossy and glowing shades of grey. We use an environmentally friendly technique to produce this veneer from genuine wood.

The veneers are a true innovation in the now trendy colour. Grey can be combined beautifully with many other hues. With natural shades, for example, you can create an elegant ensemble or add vibrant colors that glow against a grey background.Grey was associated at one time with bog oaks, trees that lay for centuries in wet-lands. Over the years the tannic acid in the wood reacts with the gases in the moor to create colours ranging from dark brown and black to grey.

The innovative manufacturing technique used to make Shining Grey mimics the lengthy discoloration process in a bog in a mere fraction of the time. Just like the natural model, our process is gentle and environmentally friendly. Shining Grey con-tains no hazardous substances.

The change of colour is natural and complete. It is possible to manage the process so that the colour is almost consistent and evenly distributed throughout the wood.

Shining Grey is available in two different shades of grey, ice and graphite, in oak, knotty oak, maple*, ash* and eucalyptus* (*order-based production).(1) Shining Grey Ice, (2) Shining Grey Graphite, (3) Shining Grey Sunblast: vintage ver-sion with trendy cracks and branches. Colour and grain per log can differ.
