Regular Staffing: Permanent hire :
This model facilitates one time hire solutions to our clients who require selective and talented professionals on specific long term projects on permanent basis. We follow stringent methodical approach with efficient recruitment processes, and offer profiles possessing the caliber matching the client’s requirements.
Pure Contract:
This model provides clients the flexibility of hiring resources for short term projects on immediate basis. Here the duration of the term varies from 2 – 6 months. The resources will be on our rolls, working out the assigned tasks and ensuring adherence to standards as defined by the client.
Contract to hire:
This model offers the option of hiring the resources after a defined time period if employee’s skills, compatibility, and work ethic match the client requirements. Also beneficial to the resources by determining if the position and company are perfect fits for them, which in turn would help the client reduce attrition.
