The Upper Level • Full Bathroom located near the top of the stairs.• Master Bedroom includes a king size bed, dresser with mirror, 2 night

• Breakfast Nook (adjacent to kitchen & diningroom) includes a 4-place counter height tablewith 4 chairs.
• Kitchen Appliances include a large, side-by-siderefrigerator/freezer, full-size range &convection oven, microwave oven, dishwasher,2 coffee makers, a 4-slice toaster, & a blender.
Anyone can be a chef here! We give you the tools, you bring the creativity!

The Lower Level
• TV Room includes a sleeper sofa and a reclining sofa, an end table, and a coffee table. Also includes an electric fireplace and a large flat screen television equipped with satellite TV.
• Laundry Room includes a washer & dryer, counter space, and cabinets.
• Full Bathroom next to laundry room.• Utility Closet beneath the staircase, where
cleaning tote/supplies, broom, dust mop, d pan, trash liners, and upright vacuum clean are stored. Vinyl gloves are also found here.
The Equestrian Corral
• The Equestrian Corral issituated close to theBunkhouse and can easily beseen from the front porch ofthe lodge. We invite you tobring your horse on vacationwith you as there are 5.1 milesof horse trail to trot andthousands of public land toroam! (Horses can also beridden on designated roads.)

The Bunkhouse The Bunkhouse is a very unique addition to the lodge. This full log structure was first used as a schoolhouse, since then we have restored and converted it into a sleeping quarter. Located a short walk away from the lodge, the bunkhouse sleeps four and includes 2 bunks (full/full), a dresser, and a card table. The bunkhouse has lighting and heating, but does not have a bathroom or indoor plumbing.

Guidelines and Points of Interest
• Reservations for the lodge/bunkhouse can be made one year prior to your arrival and must be made by midnight CT two days before you arrive.
• Check-in time is 4 p.m.; Check-out time is 11 a.m. • Any damages and/or extra cleaning costs will be assessed as necessary. • Pets are not allowed inside the lodge or the bunkhouse, except for service animals.
- Pets must on a leash no longer than 10 feet. Owners must clean up after their pet.
• Smoking is prohibited inside park facilities. • Campfires are allowed only in approved fire grate on site. Firewood is available to
purchase from park staff. Campfires are subject to burn bans and are not guaranteed.

• Please report any safety hazards or repairs needed to park staff. • Linens, towels and hand soap are not provided. Please remember to bring your
own. • Dinnerware & cookware are provided and should be cleaned and stored in the
cupboards as you found them. • Please do not use dish towels for anything other than drying dishes & cookware.
- You may leave any used dish towels on the counter before you check-out. • At check-out, please turn off all lights, fans, & the television before leaving, lock all
exterior doors from the inside, and exit the lodge through the front entrance door (combination lock).
• Toilet paper, waste receptacles, trash liners, and clothes hangers are provided. • Cleaning tote, broom, dust pan, dust mop, and upright vacuum cleaner are located
in a closet on the lower level, beneath the staircase. - Cleaning tote: spray disinfectant cleaner used to clean counters, sinks, toilet seats and glass cleaner (blue product in spray bottle) for cleaning windows & mirrors. Vinyl gloves also found here.
• Please return the thermostat at check-out to the following settings: Summer 75° degrees, Fall/Winter/Spring 62° degrees.
