Vacancies

Forty Three Officer Vacancies: This includes the twelve positions held for vacancy savings. We have two officer candidates in background and do not have any scheduled for interviews.

Recruitment and Retention

Five officers have resigned due to other employment opportunities.

We have been adding additional measures to our recruitment strategy. Previously, we were only posting our job vacancies through indeed.com and our facility’s Facebook page. That strategy is still continuing forward, however, we are now posting our vacancies on Handshake and Career Coach, both of which are job boards that local colleges and universities use. On September 16th, we will be participating in a Recruit Military LLC Virtual Job Fair for Army members and their spouses looking to transition back into their communities after their service. This job fair will allow us to post our officer position for 30 days to the recruitmilitary.com website, as well as, participate in a targeted email campaign which we hope will attract additional prior military applicants.
