The common pipeline project is a pool of supplies that is shared with the Cluster partners to ensure sectorial coverage of the current and future needs more effectively and efficiently. As the Cluster lead agency, IOM has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with all partners interested in accessing the pipeline. The MoU sets minimum standards in terms of managing warehouses and handling the supplies. Partners are responsible for prepositioned stock, as well as submission of assessment reports, distribution reports, and post-distribution monitoring reports to capture beneficiary feedback in order to make improvements for future response.
