To help you build a high-performing career, we offer flexible working arrangements so you can be your best.

We know flexible working means different things to different people, so we have a wide variety of arrangements across the business. Whether it’s hours worked, locations and patterns of working, career break options or leave, we treat every request on a case by case basis depending on track record and personal circumstances.

When you and your family come first

Parental leave for eligible employees is also something we are proud to generously support, with 16 weeks’ paid parental leave for a primary caregiver and two weeks’ paid leave for a secondary caregiver. And when it’s time to return to work, we’re here to support that transition including paid ‘keeping in touch’ days.

Personal/carers leave is up to 10 days’ paid leave a year and can also be offered on an unpaid basis for eligible employees.

Time to recharge

You’ll also receive an additional paid leave day during the Christmas/New Year break. Once you’ve been with us seven years, you’re also entitled to pro-rata long-service leave.
