We are much honored to inform you that China International Sewing Machinery & Accessories Show 2017 will be held in Shanghai New International Expo Center in September 26-29, 2017. With the development of digital and network technology, the fourth generation of industrial revolution which is characterized by the use of intelligent devices has already begun. Terms of Exhibition The following terms shall apply to China International Sewing Machinery & Accessories Show 2017 (CISMA2017). Exhibitors refer to the enterprises that have booths in CISMA2017. Once the exhibitor application is received, it is deemed that the applicants agree to the following terms and supplementary terms. The terms shall take effect once the organizer receives booth application form. 1. Qualification of exhibitors 1.1 The exhibitors of CISMA2017 should be independent legal entities. 1.2 The products and brand of exhibitors should conform to Application Form. 1.3 Exhibits that may infringe brand or property rights are not allowed. 1.4 Exhibits beyond the scope of the CISMA2017 are not allowed. 2. Booth assignment and compensation for breach 2.1 The exhibitors will be assigned to different halls according to their exhibits. 2.2 The booth assignment is on a “first apply, first served” basis. 2.3 Exhibitors’ application of booth location will be taken into consideration, but the organizer has the final say on the booth assignment. The deadline is March 31, 2017. Please send the application early. 2.4 No transfer, subletting, sale or exchange of booth or space is permitted. 2.5 The exhibitors should inform the organizer in written form if they want to cancel the contract. In such circumstances, the cancellation fees listed below will apply. Booth design and decoration 3.1 For security reasons, No second-storey structure is allowed. The organizer will order exhibitors to make modification to design plan if it is regarded unqualified to the construct requirement. 3.2 All contractors have to be real-name authentication by SNIEC and have to abide the rules of SNIEC. 3.3 All exhibitors have to sign safety reliability agreement with contractors. 4. Exhibits placement The exhibits shall only be displayed within the rented booth and not allowed to occupy any aisle. All exhibits
should be placed in the booth at least 50cm. 5. Person entry Organizer reserves the right to restrict the entry of any exhibitors or its relevant staffs according to the show terms. Children under 14 years of age are not allowed to enter the hall. 6. Insurance The organizer shall take all security precaution in the interest of the exhibitors and visitors. The organizer shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to exhibits and their own belongings. 7. Fire prevention 7.1 Necessary fire prevention measures should be executed for exhibits. All the design should conform to the regulations of Shanghai Fire Department. 7.2 The carpet used must be superior to B1. 7.3 Air compress machine are not allowed to enter the hall. 8. Cancellation If the following conditions happen, the organizer has the right to cancel the booth and forbid the enterprises participating the show. The rental fee shall not be refunded and compensation should be made. 8.1 Failed to pay the entire rental fee within due day. 8.2 Transfer or subletting booth without notifying the organizer 8.3 Other behaviors that severely breach the articles of this agreement. 9. Force majeure If the exhibition is cancelled or postponed due to force majeure, the organizer shall not be liable for any loss sustained by the exhibitor. The organizer will refund part or the entire paid fee to the exhibitors. 10. Supplementary articles Whenever, the organizer shall have the right to issue supplementary articles. Any supplementary articles are equally effective to the articles of this agreement. 11. The organizer has the right to interpret these terms.

Promotion
Catalogue Catalogue is the only material that contains all the information about CISMA which contains two parts: Exhibitors Catalogue and Buyer’s Guide. It is the most comprehensive and authentic platform to advertise. Please fill in Form 2 and send it back to China Sewing Machinery Association before March 31, 2017 if you are in need. Ticket The ticket will publish the show information, as well recommend the excellent exhibitors and its products to visitors. It will release to all clients for free half of a year before the show. Please fill in form 2 and send it back to China Sewing Machinery Association before March 31, 2017 if you are in need. CISMA website www.cisma.com.cn is the online platform of CISMA. It provides service to both exhibitors and visitors. Its functions include news update, exhibitor’ online application, visitors’ online registration and online product display. Please contact us if you are interested in website promotion. Press center There will be a Press Center in CISMA 2017. You can bring brochures or leaflets about new products (excluding samples) to the News Center in Sept 22th. They will be placed on the material shelf for the media from home and abroad to see after our careful examine. Technical lecture, seminar & press conference Please fill in form 9 if you want to hold Technical Lecture, Seminar & Press Conference during the exhibition period and fax it to China Sewing Machinery Association before Aug. 25, 2017. Stand Contracting Service
Notice for Standard Booth Facilities provided for standard booth: Furniture: one locker, 2 chairs, 1 wastepaper basket Light: 2 spotlights above the fascia board Electricity: one power socket (13A, 220V) only for light and electrical appliances below 5A; please apply for separate power socket if you need to operate machines. Rules for Standard Booth 1. No alteration to standard booth is allowed. Exhibitors can only utilize space with
the structure. Nothing can exceed the height of 2.44m. The organizer has the right to recover the booth to its original status.
2. No extra light is allowed. If you need special light, please apply to the official Stand Contractor. Otherwise, the organizer has the right to remove it.
3. No posters or objects can be hanged above or below the fascia or partition walls. Without the permission from the organizer, exhibitors can’t change or cover the contents of fascia board. Otherwise, the organizer has the right to remove it.
4. Do not place exhibits on the aisle. 5. Without the permission from SNIEC or organizer, no snail, glue or pushpin is
allowed. 6. No refund will be made if the facilities in standard booth are not used. Notice for Raw Space No facility will be provided for raw space. Contractor and registration: For exhibitor of raw space, he can build the booth by himself or choose his own contractor. Companies or workers without necessary licenses are not allowed to contract the booth. Exhibitor must notify the organizer about the information of its contractor. The contractor must contact the organizer to ask for documents and fill in certain forms to finish registration procedure. Insurance In order to ensure that the exhibition goes smoothly and safely, the raw exhibitors shall purchase three party liability insurance. Shanghai Renxin Insurance Broker Co., Ltd. is recommended to exhibitors, please contact the person if you need. Rules for the construction of raw space 1. Walls refer to any non-transparent structure should exceed 1.25mH, including
partition walls, textile, posters or screens. 2. Exhibitor must build his own wall structure and can’t use walls of booth next to
him. 3. If there is any company name or logo hanging on the wall facing right to the next
booth, then the structure must retract one meter, or get consent from neighbor

booth. 4. The structure shouldn’t block other booth. The height can’t exceed 6 meter. If its
height exceed 4.5 meter, it belongs to Over-limits booth which design plan must be review by appointed company.
5. The length of any structure above the opening can’t exceed 50% of length of opening.
6. If there is a booth opposite across the aisle, the wall shall observe: No. Distance from wall to booth edge Wall height Wall width 1 0meter<region≤1meter height≤1.8meter width≤3meter 2 1meter<region≤2meter height≤2.5meter width≤3meter 3 2meter<region≤3meter height≤3.5meter width≤3meter If you cannot meet the regulations as above mention, you shall:
Any transparent materials can be used here to close the opening. Or the wall from 1.25 meter tall to 2meter tall should be transparent. At least 0.8 meter transparent structure should be set between the 3 meters
wall. 7. The top structure should be open at least 50% and doesn’t block fire equipment. 8. The raw space booth neighboring with standard booth can’t exceed 3.5 in height
and shouldn’t put any marketing materials or company logo on the back wall. 9. Two or more neighboring booths shall have identical construction height with
each other. If the height is different the higher one need level off the back wall of booth, so that to avoid unfavorable influence to its neighbor.
10. Second floor structure is prohibited. 11. The ladder exceed 2 meters is prohibited. Design plan review Beijing PICO Exhibition Services Co.,Ltd. is appointed to review all the design plans of raw space booth. Please submit your plans before July 15, 2017. The design plans including as below:

e) Electrical plan f) Construction drawing g) Section drawing h) Material use
1. All drawings must be marked in stipulated size, and specified in detailed
dimensions (m). 2. Organizer has the right to refuse exhibitor entering the hall if his plan has not
been reviewed. 3. Pico will send an e-mail to the exhibitor once the booth is confirmed. The e-mail
will contain the website, user name and password to upload design plan. After review, the plans will be sent back to exhibitor by post. Fax copy will not be accepted.

Over-limits design plan review 1. For booth that is taller than 4.5m or its top structure exceeds 50% of the booth
area, its booth design should be submitted to Beijing PICO Exhibition Services Co.,Ltd.
2. Charge rate is 30 RMB/㎡. 3. The plan should be submitted before Aug 14, 2017. After that, extra charge of
30% will be collected. Contractor checking in and overtime application 1. Contractor should register with copy of “Booth Confirmation and Registration
Notice” and original “Stand Fitting Confirmation”, collect the contractor badges after necessary payment.
2. If contractors need to work overtime, please apply to SNIEC before 15:00 that day. An overtime fee will be charged. After 15:00, extra charge of 50% will be collected.

In accordance with the rules of public security bureau of Pudong New District, SNIEC will manage all the contractors and forwarders by real-name system. The contractor badges will be sold by SNIEC exclusively. Please contact us if the contractor needs Chinese Version of the manual.

Furniture & Electrical Appliance Renting Official contractor Beijing PICO Exhibition Services Co.,Ltd. will provide electricity, water, compressed air and furniture renting service. If you need such service, please fill in the attached form 5 and 6, and fax to Beijing PICO Exhibition Services Co.,Ltd. before the deadline. Inbound Movement Services and Rates: 1. For exhibits arrival directly at Shanghai Port / Airport ,transportation from
terminal to bonded warehouse, sorting and delivery to fair booth, assisting exhibitors in unpacking and positioning if the heavy exhibits ( assembling excluded ), customs clearance on a temporary basis, removing empty cases and packing materials to on site storage place .(Storage charges are excluded).

Traffic: SNIEC is located at No. 2345 Longyang Rd. Pudong District, Shanghai, China. It is at the southeast of Century Park, northeast to the cross of Longyang Rd. and Fangdian Rd. It is 35km away from the Pudong International Airport and 32km from the Hongqiao International Airport. Subway: 1. Subway line 7 to Huamu Rd. station; 2. Free shuttle bus from Longyang Rd. station to SNIEC from 8:30 to 17:00.

Q & A
1. Q: How to finish booth application procedure? A: Fill in form 1, fax it to 010-65135820 with business license and trademark registration certificate. Then visit www.cisma.com.cn and finish on-line registration, remember your ID number and your password you applied, it will be used for your service system login.
2. Q: How to use exhibitor self service system? A: Use your ID number and password which applied when you registered on on-line registration, Exhibitors can login and upload information of badges, catalogue and product pictures.
3. Q: What do I need to do after my booth is confirmed? A: Fill the attached forms according to your need and fax them to related companies. If your booth is raw space, you need to have Pico to review your design plan. After necessary payment, you will get documents for checking in.
4. Q: How to have my design plan reviewed? A: Beijing PICO Exhibition Services Co.,Ltd. is appointed to review all the design plans of raw space booth. Pico will send an e-mail to the exhibitor once the booth is confirmed. The e-mail will contain the website, user name and password to upload design plan.
5. Q: What procedures are required for the contractor? A: All the contractors have to be authenticated by real-name by SNIEC. Then, take the copy of “Exhibitors Registration Notice” and the original “Stand fitting confirmation” to the South Entrance Hall. The Hall Clearance Deposit and management fee should by paid by T/T before the show. “Contraction Certificate” should be bought at SNIEC Service Center. Then they can enter the hall and begin the contraction.
6. Q: How can I get the “Catalogue” A: Exhibitors could get the Buyers’ Guide at the “Catalogue Collecting” office if all the required fees are paid.
7. Q: How to apply badges for my clients? A: You can finish pre-registration procedure online; fill in the information on CISMA tickets and fax them to the organizer; fax the detailed information of your clients to the organizer. Or you can invite your clients via self-service system.
8. Q: How can transportation vehicle to get inside the hall? A: Exhibitors and contractors can go to the Vehicles Pass Office in W1 and E2 to get the “Vehicle Pass”. For specific transportation route, please see facility map.
9. Q: Can the staff bring food into the hall? A: No.
10. Q: Can the air compressor be brought into the hall? A: For safety reasons, during the show, no air compressors are allowed to enter the hall.
11. Q: Where can I put my empty packing box? A: There is a specific place by the south of each hall to store empty packing chest. Exhibitors can get it after 15:00 on September 29. No fees will be charged.
12. Q: How to bring exhibits and furniture into the hall? A: If you are contractor, the necessary materials include booth deposit invoice,

drawings and contraction certificate; if you are exhibitors, the necessary materials include drawings, exhibitor badge, and applier’s business card. For Special booth, the whole series of drawings are required. You have to go through certain gates with the entering pass. Load area No. 4 and No. 10 are for furniture. If you only have deposit invoice but no drawings, only certain amount of furniture is allowed. For any objects that needs pass certificate, the exhibitor has to hand in the drawings, exhibitor badge and business card all by himself.
13. Q: How to bring plants into the hall? A: The necessary materials include exhibitor badge, business card and drawings. For Special booth, the whole series of drawings are required. You have to go through certain gates with the entering pass. Load area No. 2 and No.8 are for plants. If you only have deposit invoice but no drawings, only certain amount of plant is allowed. For any objects that needs pass certificate, the exhibitor has to hand in the drawings, exhibitor badge and business card all by himself.
14. Q: Are there any rules about sound volume and performance? A: Sound volume should be controlled under 75db. The Exhibitor, who has performance in the exhibition hall, should apply to the Organizer in paper about time, content and number of performers in advance. The Organizer will apply to the Shanghai Security Bureau for permission. Those who perform without permission will be shut off the power supply.
15. Q: If intellectual property disputes happen during the exhibition period, how to solve it? A: There is an intellectual property office in CISMA2017. If you have any disputes on intellectual property, please prepare the relevant claim materials and report to the office. During the exhibition, there is expert from Bureau of Intellectual Property in Shanghai.

1. All the hanging points have to meet the technical requirement of the hall. The number is decided by technicians from SNIEC after examining the real objects. The hoisting operation is not allowed until the technician confirmed and the required fee is paid. After paying, the exhibitor should hang the advertisement by his own. 2. The weight of structural hanging point should be less than 1,000 kg. The bearing load of the low beam should be less than 200kg, while that of the high beam should be less than 100kg. 3. The hanging point shouldn’t be used for hoisting and structural reinforcing or upon movable object. 4. All points have to be installed vertically. You have to design your own transitional hanging device and reported to SNIEC if you want to hanging points other than the original ones. 5. All the hanging objects have to be secure metal objects. Wooden ones are not allowed. Any deeds that would affect the structure and the safety of the hall will be banned. 6. The deposit for Hoist Bags for hanging point is 100RMB/piece. 7. Any hanging or ground banner, wall scrolls, information board or carpet that has exhibitor’s company name, logo and booth number on it would be charged in terms of hanging point for advertisements. 8.
