Presently I am working with P I Industries at Jambusar as a EHS Supervisor From Jan 2015 to Till Date.

I was working at Reliance Industries Ltd. Dahej as a Safety Supervisor in HSE Department. Agency: Kamakshi Integrated Facilities (From April 2013 to December 2014.)

I was working at E.I DuPont India Pvt Ltd. Manjusar (Baroda) as a Core value Steward. Agency: Randstand.

Vocational Training:

I have completed 35 days project in Fire & Safety Department of ONGC Ankleshwar & Gandhar. This project contains risk assessment, firefighting in Terminal buildings, on site, off site, emergency plan for the rescue. Fire protection system, Deluge valve, Sprinkler System, CO2 Flooding System.

Job Responsibilities:

Instruction & Training to the company’s employee and contractor staff. Supervision of all works on site and strictly implementation of batter housekeeping

for the job sate. Inspection of necessary work permits whenever to being the job. Monitor and advise the workers for using of proper PPEs. Closely observation to make sure those first aid welfare facilities properly maintained. To check LEL & VOC monitoring at the critical area, Storage tanks of Flammable

materials or site. Keep a record of TBT attendance, Mock Drill Records, All safety meetings, injuries and

property damage. Accident incident investigation reporting. Reminding all workers that the safety in the best policy and to target zero accident. Define to company management any need of special emergency, safety and fire

protection and necessary training. Hazard identification, permit to work, PPEs, housekeeping, mobile equipment,

scaffolding, emergency services, excavation, confined space entry. Monthly Inspection of Fire extinguishers and Fire Hydrant System & Preventive

Maintenance of Fire Pumps. Maintaining the Fire Pump House while fire fighting and any other emergencies.

Maintaining all emergency safety equipments like Self Contain Breathing Apparatus, Chlorine kit, Air bubbler etc.

I am also an ERT (Emergency Response Team) Member in PI Industries. As an ERT Member I attend the Onsite and Offsite Fire fighting and emergencies. Attending Mock drill at site and make a mock drill report. I am also aware about SAP System.
