Thanks to innovative Slim and Flat construction, the sophisticated and easy-to-use Click and Go assembly concept and the straightforward teach-in setup, the fl exibility of the SICK light grid has been signifi cantly increased for new areas of application. Whether for lifts, automatic doors, picking shelves or conveyor belts, the SGS light grid from SICK is the easy-to-install and reliable solution for many tasks.
Its small size and the Slim and Flat principle open up completely new application areas. The light grids can be integrated into your application either slim or flat. You choose!

Menu item Multiple scan – Parallel beam: This function allows the user to parame-trise the device for multiple scan of the sensor beams or operation in parallel alignment.With multiple scan, the light grid has an MDO of 25 mm and, with parallel beam, of 45 mm.
Menu item Automatic sensor alignment – Manual sensor align-ment: In this option, the user decides bet ween manual and automatic alignment of the sensors. For fi ne adjustment, activation of the automatic align-ment is recommended.Traffi c light function, LED x 4 green, yellow.
Menu item Output Q on: Qn = active if all beams are free.Q– = active if a beam is
interrupted.
