How will we approach this and what will I need

• Telephone and Online connection costs to be covered by SGC

• I will need a client email account to access remotely

• Booking CPD’s and/or Product Development Meetings for your clients Technical Sales Managers to attend

Face-to-Face Gets It Done

Long distance communication has become key to the success of many organizations

with conference calls often leading the way as a form of “reaching out” to a dedicated

audience.

Remote workers and virtual teams are quickly becoming the norm these days.

Yet, meeting over the phone is not always the answer.

I am a big believer in face-to-face meetings. Phone calls are great and convenient and

perfect to get the wheels in motion – plant the seed so to speak, however without

discipline and strong organisation they can be very ineffective.

The problem with phone conferences is that most people “aren’t there.”

By this, I mean they are probably otherwise engaged or thinking about something else.

Those on the phone are often doing everything but listening to what is happening on

the call which essentially is a waste of time for all concerned.
