Le frese P.S.B. si utilizzano per la specifica tecnica chirurgica M.I.S..Le frese vengono connesse ad un micro manipolo ortopedico con velocità di rotazione da 1500 a 8000 rpm.

Le frese per la chirurgia percutanea mini invasiva dell’avampiede (MIS) P.S.B. EVOLUTION, possiedono una forte e precisa potenza di taglio migliorata grazie all’utilizzo del Carburo di Tungsteno rivestito in superficie con Nitruro di Titanio (TiN).

L’utensile prodotto in Carburo di Tungsteno rispetto a quello in acciaio inossidabile possiede maggiore durezza e quindi minore usurabilità, fattore molto importante questo che contribuisce ad aumentare la potenza del taglio. Il rivestimento totale in TiN aumenta ulteriormente al Carburo di Tungsteno il grado di durezza, fornendo contemporaneamente il fattore lubrificante.

La combinazione di questi due elementi, Carburo di Tungsteno + rivestimento in TiN, sono due fattori molto importanti che contribuiscono ad eseguire un’ottima e veloce performance di taglio, riducendo notevolmente l’attrito con conseguente riduzione di surriscaldamento che può provocare necrosi all’osso ed ai tessuti molli (rivestimento totale in TiN).Una finitura più liscia rispetto alle normali frese in metallo duro e assolutamente migliore rispetto a quelle in acciaio inox.

P.S.B. burs are used with specific surgical technique M.I.S..The burs are connected to orthopaedic micro handpiece with rotation 1500 to 8000 rpm.

The mini invasive burs for forefoot surgical procedures (MIS) P.S.B. EVOLUTION, offers strong and precise cutting improved through the use of Tungsten Carbide coated on the surface with Titanium Nitride (TiN).

The tool manufactured in Tungsten Carbide compared to the stainless steel has higher hardness and therefore lower wearability, this is a very important factor that contributes to increase the cutting power. The total coating TiN increases further to the Tungsten Carbide the degree of hardness, providing at the same time with lubricant factor.

The combination of these two elements, Tungsten Carbide + TiN coating, is very important as contribution to overachieve with an excellent and fast performance of cutting, greatly reducing the friction with consequent reduction of overheating that can cause necrosis of the bone and soft tissues (total coating TiN).A smoother finish than regular carbide cutters is absolutely better than stainless steel.
