SETFreiteratesitcalltoallsegmentsoftheinternationalcommunity,includingtheUnitedNations, ICRCandindividualnationstoimmediatelygetinvolvedinthishumanitariancrisisanddemanda humanitariancorridorbeestablishedtoallowforthetransferofaidandmedicalsuppliesinto Syria-especiallytothestrickencityofHomsandtheregionsofIdlibandHama. WASHINGTON-TheSyrianEmergencyTaskForcegivesitfullsupporttothenewcoalitionof

humanitarianorganizationstohelpensureamorespeedytransferofhumanitarianandmedicalaidinto

Syria.Currently,Syriaisexperiencingahumanitariandisasterofunprecedentedlevels.TheSyrian-

Americancommunity–alongwiththegreaterworldwideSyrianexpatriatecommunity-hasbeen

activelyinvolvedinsendinghumanitarianaidandmedicalsuppliesintothecountryasmany
