PRESENTATION TOPICS subject to change

Industry OutreachUnderstand what steps the PRCA is taking to reach new generations for Professional Rodeo and how your committee can get involved in the process.

SponsorshipsHear from an established, respected PRCA Rodeo Commitee Chairman on the topic of Sponsorships, spe-cifically PRCA National Sponsorships and what is in it for your committee.

Rodeo ProductionLearn from an industry leader on successful Rodeo Production proceedures and tactics. This detailed presentation will enable your committee to implement practical and efficient proceedures and processes to take your PRCA Rodeo to the next level.

The Rodeo TrailObjective: Provide an opportunity for educational networking while developing effective strategies for overall PRCA Rodeo Production. Overview: Attendees will be equally divided into 3 groups, whereas com-mittees with 2 or more representatives will be asked to split representation to at least 2 of the 3 groups. Each group will have a moderator/instructor whose purpose is to direct and facilitate group members. Groups will select a “rodeo chairman” to represent the group during “spin to win” portions and will be the lead presenter. Each group will “spin to win” for the following categories: Purse, Dates, Contract Per-sonnel, Budget, and venue. From the selected categories, each group must formulate:1.
