PACT’s role in supporting Technical

Cooperation radiation medicine

projects

• Integration of findings and recommendations from Cancer Control Assessments into:

– upcoming national TC planning processes (CPN, CPF) and UNDAFs;

– Provide comprehensive cancer control framework to radiation medicine TC Projects

• Development of strategic partnerships for the implementation at country and/or regional level of cancer related TC projects.

• Supporting Member States in training and knowledge transfer to enhance the availability of health workforce and relevant skills.

• Spearheading resource mobilization efforts to address funding gaps in cancer-related TC projects including the development of bankable project proposals
