IN RE FUNDS TO GENERAL RECEIVER - HELEN MCCAULEY ESTATE

On the 23rd day of July 2012 came Michael R Gissy by paper writingAdministrator of therPersonal Estate of Helen McCauley deceased and requested in writing that he be authorized pennitted

and directed to pay the sum belonging to the heirs of Helen McCauley deceased into the hands of the

General Receiver of the Lewis County Circuit Court the whereabouts of the said heirs being unknown

Mr Gissy makes the request to deposit with the General Receiver the amount of $622242 in order to

close the bank account of said decedent

Upon consideration whereof it being proper to do so it is hereby ordered that the said request is

approved

It is further ordered that the said Administrator is authorized and directed to pay into the hands of

the General Receiver of this Court the sum of Six Thousand Two Hundred Twenty Two Dollars and

Forty-Two Cents ($622242) belonging to the unknown heirs of Helen McCauley deceased Said

payment to the General Receiver shall be treated as distribution by said Administrator to the said

unknown heirs a copy of which was submitted with said check

RESOLUTION

WHEREAS the WV CPGP wiI1 grant funds to eligible governments to fmance projects and

WHEREAS the Lewis County Commission desires to obtain such funding and

WHEREAS the Lewis County Commission does authorize the grant closure of the CPGP for the Mountaineer Military Museum and

WHEREAS is it necessary for the Lewis County Commission to authorize the grant closure of said funds for the Mountaineer Military Museum and

WHEREAS the Lewis County Commission must give assurances that WV CPGP regulations related to grant administration civil rights 10 match requirement and other applicable state and federal laws will

be followed and r WHEREAS the Lewis County Commission must designate an official representative to act in connection with the grant closure and execute all necessary program documents

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT 1 The Lewis County Commission authorizes the grant closure for Mountaineer

Military Museum and 2 The Lewis County Commission complied with all laws and regulations pertaining to
