Openness is more than just ‘open data’, it is a whole philosophy of
governance that places principles of transparency, inclusion and
participation at it’s core

Some suggestions for Ghana
Consider how the Principles of open data and interoperability could be integrated into the NSDS and other national guidance
Engage with the collaborative on SDG Data Interoperability
Strategically put Ghanaian data needs first
