How It WorksThe Window 8.1 PoC is delivered through three key phases: identifying needs and capabilities, creating the vision, and proving the value. The first phase (identifying needs and capabilities) utilizes a set of requirements gathering workshops to drill into your specific requirements, whilst creating the vision uses the results of the workshops to design and implement a Proof of Concept (PoC) lab environment that is suitably configured with Microsoft Windows 8.1 Enterprise, Microsoft Internet Explorer® 11, Microsoft Office® 2013, Windows Server 2012 R2, System Center 2012 R2 Configuration Manager and Microsoft Application Virtualization. The final phase (proving the value) is focused on identifying objectives and key performance indicators that can be used to drive a deployment or migration project.
