Elliott YR Steam Turbine Site Service ProgramElliott’s YR site service team is dedicated to the maintenance and inspection of Elliott YR steam turbines in the Gulf Coast region. Based at Elliott’s Houston Service Center, two fully stocked mobile units can be dispatched to handle customer concerns from standard inspections to replacement of worn or damaged parts. The mobile service unit can also transport a turbine to an Elliott service center for more extensive repair or overhaul.
On-Site Testing: � Vibration readings on the turbine and driven equipment
� Nondestructive testing � Boroscope inspection � Laser alignment � Trouble-shooting analysis and technical advice

Preventative Maintenance:
Elliott YR service teams provide preventative mainte-nance for Elliott YR steam turbines, ranging from routine inspections to comprehensive assessments. These examinations can include:
� Sealing components � Pressure valves � Bearings � Governor and trip valve and seats � Leak-off systems
