Full planning permission ref: 19/0004/FUL has been secured
for “Serviced apartment (sui generis use class) scheme
containing 39no self-contained 1xbed room units along
with café, gym and community space at ground level with
a vehicle drop-off zone, disabled parking space, cycle
parking and associated landscaping and retention of existing
BLI frontage.”
There was a typo on the decision Notice and the approved
scheme is for 34no as shown on the approved plans.
Due to the serviced apartment consent there is no affordable
housing requirement or S106 agreement.
