Scanmaskin Spring Steel Exchange Kits Recommendation guide for all Scanmaskin grinding models. The spring steel is available in different thickness and together with the amount of discs the optimum choice can be made for the machine and application. Note that when the more flexible choice is used the grinding head need the center rubber damper. Article 520222 (SM-18, SC-450) and 910093 for SC-500 and bigger machines. See exploded views on each machine for more detailed information. All kits include M10 bolts and washers that is needed. The kit setup comes as follow: Article Description

Fault history Omron motor drive When a fault occurs, the inverter stores important performance data at the moment of the fault. To access the data, use the monitor function (dxxx) and select d081 details about the present fault. The previous 5 faults are stored in d082 to d086. Each error shifts d081-d085 to d082-d086, and writes the new error to d081. The following Monitor Menu map shows how to access the error codes. When fault(s) exist, you can review their details by first selecting the proper function: D081 is the most recent, and D086 is the oldest.

Start up SC-700 RC Press the joystick power on button (2) once. If the joystick is not centered when starting up a fault will be indicated – if this occurs, turn off and on the joystick again.
Speed modes The joystick has got two speed modes which also applies to the remote control. During normal operation the mode light should be green.
Assisted drive Make sure that the joystick (1) is on according to “Start up”. Select proper speed mode according to “Speed modes”. Move the joystick (1) in the direction you want to drive the machine.

Operation from remote control
Selecting remote control Set the “0 1” switch (4) to “1” on the control panel. Restart the joystick according to “Start up”. Set the drive mode selector (9) to “N” (neutral).5 Turn on the remote control by pulling up the emergency stop (6) on the remote control. Wait a few seconds. Press the connection button (3) once.

Fault history Omron motor drive When a fault occurs, the inverter stores important performance data at the moment of the fault. To access the data, use the monitor function (dxxx) and select d081 details about the present fault. The previous 5 faults are stored in d082 to d086. Each error shifts d081-d085 to d082-d086, and writes the new error to d081. The following Monitor Menu map shows how to access the error codes. When fault(s) exist, you can review their details by first selecting the proper function: D081 is the most recent, and D086 is the oldest.
