In the Manage by Namescreen :

Setting Expiry Date for new user access to BID(s)

1. Click the “Add Name” button to find the user by Cisco.com ID and Click the “Add Bill to IDs” or ‘Add Bill to IDs and Enable Support Access” button

Or

2. Choose the User from the display list and select Action “Add Bill to ID to Cisco .com Profile “ or “Add Bill to ID and Enable Support Access”

1. Choose appropriate BID(s) by selecting the respective check box.

2. Set appropriate expiry date for each selected BID or leave as null where applicable.

3. On clicking the Submit button, the system shall grant the access / enable the support access to selected BID(s) for selected user for duration set by the expiry date .

Ability for a DA to grant “Proxy” access to a colleague: Screen 1 of 2

In the Administrationscreen :

Grant/Revoke proxy access to another SAMT DA or another User

1. Navigate to Administration tab

2. Click on “Proxy Access” link to access the screen to grant proxy access to another SAMT DA(s) or User(s)

Ability for a DA to grant “Proxy” access to a colleague: Screen 2 of 2

In the Administrationscreen :

Grant/Revoke proxy access to any SAMT DA/User

1. Enter the Cisco.Com ID of another SAMT DA or User to whom the proxy access needs to be granted/revoked

2. Select the option to limit the access either by

• Setting an expiry date or

• Turning on/off as required

Note: A courtesy email is sent to the user notifying that Proxy DA role was granted

Ability for a DA to revoke “Proxy” access from a colleague: Screen 1 of 1

Proxy access can be revoked in 2 ways:

1.By selecting a Null date in the Date field or2.Choosing the “Off” option under the “Enable/Disable Proxy Access” button

Note: The User ID of the Proxy DA (whose DA role needs to be Revoked) shows up grayed out in the User ID field

An email alert is sent to inactive DAs, (DAs who have not logged into SAMT tool in the past 6 months) requesting:

Validation whether they are still DAs for their company And if they are, requesting them to review thru SAMT & revoke access for any un-authorized users they manage Confirm action taken thru simple user-input actions within 14 days

In case of no response after 14 days from first email alert:Reminder email is sent (copying other DA(s) of the same BID(s)/Contracts), with a warning that the DA’s access will be removed if there is no response within next 7 days

In case of no response even after the additional 7 days (14+7 = total of 21 days): A final Email is sent to the DA’s informing his/her SAMT DA role is revoked Providing SAMT website URL to re-apply for DA roleEnd user’s (users the DA managed) access to contracts continues as is

Access Revalidation of Inactive SAMT DA and associated Users

Identify DA not logged into SAMT in past six months

Did DA Respond in 14 Business Days?

responding to access revalidation alerts and follow the SAMT process to regain the access

Upon clicking the URL provided in the email, the DA is directed to the acknowledgement screen to validate his/her role

If DA submits the response “No I am no longer a SAMT Administrator” then:A Thank you for confirming message is displayed

Inactive DA Alert & Authorized User Confirmation

If DA confirms as “Yes, I am still SAMT Administrator” then:

1. A Thank you for confirming message is displayed

2. On screen alert displayed within SAMT requesting DA to review & remove access to contract(s)/BID(s) for any unauthorized users

3. The alert is displayed until DA submits confirmation of unauthorized user review by clicking on the “User Access Validation” link

Once the DA clicks on the “User Access Validation” link:

A checkbox & a message to capture DA’s confirmation that user access validation was completed along with a “Submit” button is displayed

“Additional Access” screen :

1. Click on the “Service Contract Owner “ link

2. The Service Contract Details are displayed in tabular form

Note: The “Contract Number” & “Administrator Email Address” fields are hyperlinked fields.

Profile Manager: Service Contract Details View Clicking on a Contract number will re-direct the user to CSCC so additional contract details can be viewed

Note: ** In case the user does not have CSCC access, standard message indicating how to obtain CSCC access will be displayed **

Clicking on “Administrator Email Address” will display the SAMT DA email address(s) for that Contract
