The Serres Rally is a Rally Raid event which will be held in Northern Greece, it is part of the UEM calendar making it an official event of the European Championship Cross Country Rally Raid.

The 1500km course runs within the magical forests of Serres and the surrounding area, where in 2008 held the International Six Days Enduro, which promises to leave you full of excitement and long lasting memories.

Furthermore, the organizational integrity of the event will be of the highest standards, since the Off Road Team (www.offroadteam.gr) and the Auto Moto Club of Serres (www.lams.gr) have already shown theirquality with successful event organizations, like the World Championship Enduro WEC - EWC from 2004 to 2010, the ISDE 2008 and also the National Championship Rally Raid with 8 races every year all over the Greece, from 2005 to 2011.

Off Road Team’s experience for mapping out off road routes along with faultless design of Road Books and in conjunction with the organizational force of LAMS, guaranties a most exciting and unforgettable raceexperience.

The race centre will be based at the Elpida Hotel Resort, providing crews and families a variety of facilities.

Regarding the race, the format of daily return to the Paddocks at Serres, will benefit the teams greatly, it is a cost effective way for engineering support.

There will also be a special team for engineering support of motor vehicles and motorcycles, which will provide a full mobile crew which can meet any reasonable needs.

SafetyRace Insurance

The Race will be insured for third party liability in case of an accident, according to the standards and requirements of the Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme FIM.

Insurance does not cover damages for racingvehicles in case of an accident, nor does it coverdamages caused by a raing vehicle towards another racing vehicle during the race, either in normal orspecial stages.

With the personal license of each participant, rider, driver or passenger, damages are covered by theespective insurance company - insurance - pesonalaccident expenses.

Riders must provide starting permission from there respective Federation, which in a way confirms their insurance coverage in the case of an accident.

Race Saftey

The race will cover all the requirements set by the UEM and FIM federations and with guaranteed experience from the Off Road Team for the electronic collation and the design of the Road Book, this means that errors and defects that might cause confusion,frustration, and accidents will NOT be an issue.

Furthermore, the out rider (00), the recovery rider and check point stewards, will insure that they have quick access to competitors in case of an incident.

Also 4 ambulances (and a 4X4 ambulance) 4 4X4 vehicles and a mobile medical crew will make their best effort for immediate access to competitors in case of injury or an accident.

Along the route there will be stewards every 40km for any problems or additional information.

Satellite Monitoring System

Competitors will be monitored via individual GPS Trackers from satellite tracking system that informsthe organizers of the race for:

• Any infringements of speed limits.• Wrong direction in route.• Failure to complete the routes given paths

specified in the Road Book.• Stopping the vehicle for a period of time that is

not logical.• The exact position of the vehicle for quick

intervention.

The Off Road Team organizes races with Motorcycles, Enduro, Supermotard, Scramble, Motocross, Trail Ride and Rally Raid all over Greece.

With the same love for motor sports that the founders of the club had back in 1975 until today, we continue to organize car, kart and motorcycle races, with our main priority being the safety and enjoyment for the people competing in our events.

LAMS until now has successfully organized the most important events that have taken place in our country, such as the Paneuropean Supermotard, World Enduro Championship - WEC and International Six Days En-duro.

Furthermore, it is the only Greek club that is recognized by the World Motorcycle Federation (FIM).

TrackIn Serres Rally 2011, navigation through entire stage will be made only with Road Book. No GPS are allowed.

The GPS tracking and logging device will be given to the competitors by the organisation. This system will be used for tracking competitors’ position and taken for tracking speed competitors in any speed limit zones.

The Route will remain secret until the road book is distributed to the crews on 20:00 of the day before the stage.

Road Book of Serres Rally 2011, is in colour and in standard A5 format for Cars, and in 145 mm wide in roll for Bikes and Quads.

Relative distance note from the previus tulip for the Cars, but to the next tulip for the Bikes and Quads!

So, absolute dist. + relative dist. of the same tulip = Next tulip absolute distance.

Official Road Book is in English.

For at least five participants from a nation, Serres Rally Organization will make the description in their mother tongue.

Minimum unit distance is 10 meters and participants must to calibrate their computer the day before the stage in a defined distance given by the organizers.

It is absolutely forbidden to go in the opposite direction of the route and it is not allowed to go off the track. This incurs a penalty.

The route is divided in connection section “liaison” and timed section “special”. In the liaison section com-petitors must follow the route with a defined average speed and an exact target time.

The special section is to be covered in the fastest time possible and the sum of all special sections of all stages will define the winner. Any penalties will be added to this time.

UEM Raid Tout Terrain Trophy 2011

1 GENERAL The UEM organizes the UEM Raid Tout Terrain Trophy 2011 according to the rules of the UEM Sporting Code and the UEM and FIM Rules, by the Jury made from the UEM appointed member, Clerk of the Course, and one third member appointed at the event and with particular references to any Supplementary Regulations produced by each organizer. 2 PARTICIPATION To participate in the UEM Raid TT Trophy a rider must hold a regular driving licence and a National licence of his Federation and starting permission. Motorcycles and their equipment must comply with the National legal requirements for Road Trafic of the country in which the vehicle is registered and with any other rules specified in the Supplementary Regulations. Riders must conform to the traffic regulations in force in each locality crossed during the competition. Any competitor convicted of an offence against such regulations may, after an enquiry be disqualified or have others penalties imposed as provided in the UEM arbitration and Disciplinary Code. All motorcycles must comply with UEM/FIM Technical regulations. 3 SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS The Supplementary Regulations (SR) shall contain important local details on such matters as the course, average speeds, safety conditions, entry fee etc... Any modifications or additional provisions shall be announced by additives which will be dated, numbered and signed. These additives will form an integral part of the SR and shall be posted on the official notice board for the Rally. They shall also be communicated directly to the competitors in the shortest possible time. The organizers must show the UEM logo in the SR of each race. 4 JURISDICTION A Jury composed in conformity with the dispositions of the UEM Sporting Code will supervise the event. The UEM Enduro Commission nominates the Jury President or an Observer. 5 ROAD_BOOK The road book has been conceived in order to indicate the road to follow and the main dangers. Any reconnaissance of the track is forbidden, on pain of exclusion from the race. The information given by the road opener team will be communicated to competitors during the briefings and by bill posting. The official itinerary of the Rally is described in the road book given to the competitors and must be completely followed, on pain of a penalty which may lead as far as to the exclusion from the race.


6 CLASSES A – motorcycles under 250 cc four stroke and under 125 cc two stroke B – motorcycles from 250 cc to 450 cc four stroke and over 125 cc two stroke C – motorcycles over 450 cc four stroke D – quads 7 SERVICE AND ASSISTANCE Re-Fuelling is allowed only at Service controls indicated by the Organizer or at the stations services on the roads. The rider may receive Outside Assistance at the Service Controls. Only the rider can work on the motorcycles outside the indicated service controls. The changing of tyres/wheels are unrestricted. 8 RANKINGS For each race the rankings shall be:

9 CALCULATION OF RESULTS FOR THE UEM RAID TT TROPHY There will be results produced for each single day’s race. The points awarded each day will be: 25 pts to 1st – 20 pts to 2nd – 16 pts to 3rd – 13 pts to 4th – 11 pts to 5th – 10 pts to 6th – 9 pts to 7th – 8 pts to 8th – 7 pts to 9th – 6 pts to 10th – 5 pts to 11th – 4 pts to 12th – 3 pts to 13th – 2 pts to 14th – 1 pts to 15th 10 NATIONS CHALLENGE TROPHY A special classifications reserved to nations shall be editing derived from the overall final standing of the race. It will be calculated the results of the best three riders of each present Country. 11 ECOLOGICAL AREA Each organizer will be obliged to provide a special area for the safe storage of waste oil, tyres, batteries and/or any other material regarded as environmentally hazardous. Such area shall be in the paddock/service areas and shall be clearly identified.

14. INSURANCE:By endorsing the application form for entry, the FNM of the rider certifies that the rider is insured in accordance with the UEM requirements.The organizer has contracted a third party insurance in accordance with Art. 110.1 of the UEM Sporting Code. This insurance includes a guarantee of the minimum amount as stipulated by the UEM Management Council. The Insurance comes in effect 2 days before the first practise and ends 2 days after the meeting.The organizer disclaims all responsibility for damage to a motorcycle, its accessories and components arising out of an accident, fire or other incident.

15. PROTEST AND APPEALS:Any person or group of persons (rider, entrant, manufacturer, official, etc.), recognized by the FIM and concerned by a decision taken under the authority of the UEM, may ask for redress for the consequences of that decision.Protest must be lodged according to the UEM Disciplinary and Arbitration Code and the Supplementary Regulations and be accompanied by a fee of 130,- € or equivalent amount in local currency, returnable if the protest is justified.In general, protests against eligibility of a rider entered, must be made before the start of the official practice.Protests against results must be presented to the International Jury within 30 minutes following the publishing of the results.An appeal can be made to the UEM Disciplinary Commission against a decision of the International Jury.

16. PRIZE-GIVING CEREMONY:Venue of the prize-giving ceremony:See attached Timetable.The first three riders are invited to attend the prize-giving ceremony.Additional other riders can be invited by the promoter or the organizer. Riders might also be invited for a Press Conference.If invited, attendance to the prize giving ceremony or press conference is compulsory.

17. INTERPRETATION OF THE SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS:The interpretation of this regulations rests entirely with the Jury. In case of dispute, regarding the interpretation or if there is any difference between the two official texts, the English text will prevail.

18. MISCELLANEOUS:The maximum fee for Transponders rent is 100.-€, the fee has to be paid back after return of the Transponder.

ΑΡΘΡΟ 3: ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ 3.1 Το Μήκος των διαδρομών του αγώνα: 1200 χλμ. - 1ο Σκέλος Σέρρες – Αγ. Γιώργης (έως 80km – 1 Ειδική Διαδρομή) - 2ο Σκέλος Σέρρες, Άγκιστρο, Μπέλλες, Κρούσια, Κερκίνη, Σιδηρόκαστρο, Ρούπελ (έως 300km – 3 Ειδικές Διαδρομές) - 3ο Σκέλος Σέρρες, Μενοίκιο, Λαιλιάς, Όρη Βροντούς, (έως 240km – 1 Ειδική Διαδρομή) - 4ο Σκέλος Σέρρες, Μπόσδακας, Δράμα, Φαλακρό, Νέστος (έως 320km – 2 Ειδικές Διαδρομές) - 5ο Σκέλος Σέρρες, Κιλκίς, Άσσηρος, Λαγκαδάς, Βερτίσκος, Νιγρίτα (έως 240km – 1 Ειδική Διαδρομή) 3.2 Το συνολικό ποσοστό διαδρομής σε άσφαλτο είναι ~15%. 3.3 Η διαδρομή είναι κοινή για τα 4Χ4 και τις μοτοσικλέτες και αποτελείται από δύσβατους δασικούς, βοηθητικούς αγροτικούς δρόμους και σε κάποια σημεία κινείται εντελώς εκτός δρόμου. 3.4 Θα υπάρχουν απλές διαδρομές και ενδιάμεσα ειδικές διαδρομές. Το σύνολο των Ειδικών Διαδρομών θα είναι από 6 έως 8 Το σύνολο των Ειδικών Διαδρομών σε χιλιόμετρα θα είναι άνω του 50% του συνολικού αριθμού χιλιομέτρων ΑΡΘΡΟ 4: ΔΕΚΤΑ ΟΧΗΜΑΤΑ - ΚΑΤΗΓΟΡΙΕΣ Για τον αγώνα του Πανευρωπαϊκού Πρωταθλήματος Rally Raid Tout Terrain: 4.1 Μοτοσικλέτες: - Κατηγορίες:

- Α: Αναβάτες με μοτοσυκλέτες 2Τ έως 125cc ή 4Τ έως 250cc - B: Αναβάτες με μοτοσυκλέτες 2Τ άνω των 125cc ή 4Τ από 250cc 450cc - C: Αναβάτες με μοτοσυκλέτες άνω των 450cc 4Τ - D: Αναβάτες με ATV - Quad 4Χ4 / 2Χ4, με αυτόματο / χειροκίνητο κιβώτιο, ανεξαρτήτως κυβισμού.

Για τον αγώνα του Πανελληνίου Πρωταθλήματος 4X4 Αντοχής 4.2 Αυτοκίνητα: Z1 Open, Z2 Normal, Z3 Entry Level, σύμφωνα με τον γενικό κανονισμό Αγώνων Αντοχής. ΑΡΘΡΟ 5: ΔΗΛΩΣΕΙΣ ΣΥΜΜΕΤΟΧΗΣ – ΕΓΓΡΑΦΕΣ Στον αγώνα γίνεται δεκτό κάθε φυσικό πρόσωπο που έχει εν ισχύει άδεια οδήγησης του Υπουργείου Συγκοινωνιών και έγκυρη αγωνιστική άδεια της ΕΠΑ / ΟΜΑΕ όσον αφορά το αυτοκίνητο, ή Αθλητικό Δελτίου της ΑΜΟΤΟΕ όσον αφορά τη μοτοσυκλέτα. Όσον αφορά ξένους συμμετέχοντες, Διεθνή – Ευρωπαϊκή Αγωνιστική Άδεια σε ισχύ, ή Εθνική αγωνιστική Άδεια συνοδευόμενη με Starting Permission από την Ομοσπονδία όπου ανήκουν. Τα οποία δεν εκτίουν ποινή αργίας ή έκπτωσης ή άλλη ποινή η οποία μπορεί να έχει επιβληθεί από τα αρμόδια πειθαρχικά όργανα. Όποιος δεν είναι κάτοχος αγωνιστικής αδείας μπορεί να βγάλει άδεια μιας ημέρας στη Γραμματεία του αγώνα, προσκομίζοντας το δίπλωμα του. Όποιος θέλει να λάβει μέρος, οφείλει να συμπληρώσει δήλωση συμμετοχής να καταθέσει το ποσό που αντιστοιχεί στην κατηγορία του ζητώντας να αναγραφεί το όνομα του στο καταθετήριο στις παρατηρήσεις και να τη στείλει με fax στο 210 5127532, ή με email στο [email protected] ΜΑΖΙ με την απόδειξη κατάθεσης του παραβόλου συμμετοχής. Περισσότερες πληροφορίες στο http://www.serresrally.gr Αυτή η δήλωση, για να γίνει δεκτή πρέπει να συνοδεύεται από το παράβολο συμμετοχής. H πρωτότυπη πρέπει να φτάσει στον οργανωτή το αργότερο μέχρι τον διοικητικό έλεγχο. Τα στοιχεία που αφορούν τον (τους) συνοδηγό (συνοδηγούς) μπορούν να δηλωθούν μέχρι τις 15/10/2011. Ο οργανωτής έχει δικαίωμα να μην δεχθεί πάνω από 100 συμμετοχές. Ο οργανωτής έχει δικαίωμα να μην πραγματοποιήσει τον αγώνα, εφόσον υπάρχουν λιγότερες από 40 συμμετοχές. Σε αυτή την περίπτωση το παράβολο συμμετοχής θα επιστραφεί στους δικαιούχους, άτοκα.

ΑΡΘΡΟ 6: ΠΑΡΑΒΟΛΑ ΣΥΜΜΕΤΟΧΗΣ – ΑΣΦΑΛΙΣΗ Τα παράβολα συμμετοχής καθορίζονται ως εξής: Για τις μοτοσικλέτες και quad 300€ έως 30 Αυγούστου, 400€ έως τις 15 Οκτωβρίου, ενώ για τις εκπρόθεσμες συμμετοχές (μη πληρωμένες έως 15/10) 500€ Για τα αυτοκίνητα 4Χ4 500€ έως 30 Αυγούστου, 700€ έως τις 15 Οκτωβρίου, ενώ για τις εκπρόθεσμες συμμετοχές (μη πληρωμένες έως 15/10) 850€ Η AMOTOE, η OMAE, η Οργανωτική Επιτροπή, η ΛΑΜΣ, το Off Road Team, τα στελέχη, οι κριτές, οι χορηγοί, οι διαφημιζόμενοι, οι διαφημιστές καθώς και οι οδηγοί του αγώνα, δεν φέρουν καμία ευθύνη έναντι τρίτων για τυχόν ατύχημα που μπορεί να συμβεί κατά τη διάρκεια του αγώνα. Η αστική ευθύνη βαρύνει την ασφαλιστική εταιρεία με την οποία έχει συναφθεί συμβόλαιο κάλυψης κινδύνων από αυτές τις δραστηριότητες. Οι συμμετέχοντες γνωρίζουν ότι οι ειδικές διεξάγονται σε δρόμους ανοικτούς στην κυκλοφορία και οφείλουν να τηρούν τον ΚΟΚ σε όλη τη διάρκεια του αγώνα. Ασφαλιστική κάλυψη: Η ασφαλιστική κάλυψη και τα ποσά είναι αυτά που αναφέρονται στην Εγκύκλιο της ΕΠΑ / ΟΜΑΕ και της ΑΜΟΤΟΕ. ΑΡΘΡΟ 7: ΑΓΩΝΑΣ 7.1 ΣΕΙΡΑ ΕΚΚΙΝΗΣΗΣ ΚΑΙ ΕΚΚΙΝΗΣΗ ΑΓΩΝΑ Πρώτα θα εκκινήσουν οι μοτοσικλέτες, μετά από διάστημα 10 λεπτών θα εκκινήσουν τα Quad, ενώ το πρώτο αυτοκίνητο θα ακολουθήσει σε χρόνο που θα αποφασίσει ο Αλυτάρχης, όχι όμως λιγότερο από τριάντα (30) λεπτά μετά το τελευταίο Quad. Η εκκίνηση στο 1ο σκέλος (Πρόλογος) θα δοθεί με τη σειρά που θα αποφασίσει ο Αλυτάρχης. Μετά το κάθε σκέλος, η εκκίνηση θα δίδεται με την κατάταξη του προηγούμενου σκέλους, πρώτα οι μοτοσυκλέτες και τα Quad, μετά τα αυτοκίνητα 4Χ4 7.2 ΚΥΚΛΟΦΟΡΙΑ Ο αγώνας θα γίνει σε δρόμους ανοικτούς στην κυκλοφορία, πλήν της Ειδικής Διαδρομής του 1ου Σκέλους, του Προλόγου που θα είναι κλειστός στην κυκλοφορία άλλων οχημάτων. Οι συμμετέχοντες υποχρεούνται σε όλη τη διάρκεια του αγώνα να τηρούν τον ΚΟΚ και τις μέγιστες επιτρεπτές ταχύτητες που ορίζει αυτός, ενώ θα πρέπει να δείχνουν την δέουσα προσοχή προς τους κανονικούς χρηστές του δρόμου. Ειδικά για τη διέλευση των οχημάτων μέσα από κατοικημένες περιοχές, ορίζεται μέγιστο όριο ταχύτητας τα 30 ή τα 50 χιλιόμετρα, εκτός αν η τοπική σήμανση ορίζει μικρότερο όριο. Σε κάθε περίπτωση οι ποινές μπορεί να φθάσουν μέχρι και τον αποκλεισμό από τον αγώνα. Ο έλεγχος διαδρομής και ταχύτητας θα γίνεται ΚΑΙ δορυφορικά, ενώ θα ελέγχονται κατά την διάρκεια αλλά και μετά τον αγώνα, τα καταγεγραμμένα ίχνη των αγωνιζομένων για τυχόν παραβάσεις. 7.3 ΑΦΙΞΗ ΟΧΗΜΑΤΩΝ ΣΤΟ ΧΩΡΟ ΤΗΣ ΕΚΚΙΝΗΣΗΣ Τα οχήματα πρέπει να παρουσιασθούν στον χώρο της αφετηρίας μία ώρα πριν την εκκίνηση, αλλιώς ο οργανωτής μπορεί να συμπληρώσει τη θέση του πληρώματος με άλλο που θα υπάρχει στο χώρο της Γραμματείας και να μην επιτρέψει την εκκίνηση. Σε αυτή την περίπτωση θεωρείται ότι το πλήρωμα δεν εμφανίσθηκε στην εκκίνηση και μπορεί να αποκλειστεί από τον αγώνα - σκέλος. 7.4 ΕΠΙΛΕΓΜΕΝΕΣ ΔΙΑΔΡΟΜΕΣ ΚΑΙ ΧΡΟΝΟΜΕΤΡΗΜΕΝΕΣ ΔΙΑΔΡΟΜΕΣ Οι επιλεγμένες διαδρομές καθώς και οι χρονομετρημένες διαδρομές ακριβείας στον αγώνα θα διεξαχθούν σε δρόμους ανοικτούς στην κυκλοφορία. Η Μ.Ω.Τ. σε όλες τις ειδικές regularity δεν θα είναι μεγαλύτερη από 50 χλμ/ώρα. Στις regulariry ειδικές διαδρομές που θα πραγματοποιηθούν σε δρόμους ΑΝΟΙΚΤΟΥΣ στην κυκλοφορία τα όρια ταχύτητας που ορίζει ο ΚΟΚ, ΠΡΕΠΕΙ ΝΑ ΑΚΟΛΟΥΘΟΥΝΤΑΙ, ακόμα και αν η ΜΩΤ που έχει ορίσει ο οργανωτής είναι μεγαλύτερη. Τα πληρώματα πρέπει να τερματίσουν τη regularity ειδική διαδρομή, χωρίς να σταματήσουν (εξαιρούνται περιπτώσεις ανωτέρας βίας), ακολουθώντας την Μ.Ω.Τ. που όρισε ο οργανωτής. Ο οργανωτής, κατά την κρίση του, θα ορίσει και ενδιάμεσα σημεία χρονομέτρησης σε Σταθμούς Ελέγχου Διέλευσης. Οι συμμετέχοντες υποχρεούνται σε όλη τη διάρκεια του αγώνα να τηρούν τον ΚΟΚ και τις μέγιστες επιτρεπτές ταχύτητες που ορίζει αυτός.

Η μέση ωριαία για τις χρονομετρημένες διαδρομές ακριβείας, μπορεί να ανακοινωθεί οριστικά πριν την εκκίνηση. 7.5 ΠΟΙΝΕΣ ΣΕΔ Καθορισμένη ποινή ΣΕΔ Η καθορισμένη ποινή για τα ΣΕΔ ορίζεται στα 30’ λεπτά για κάθε παράβαση. Η ποινή μπορεί να αλλάξει με απόφαση του Αλυτάρχη, αλλά και με την επιβεβαίωση των καταγεγραμμένων ιχνών των αγωνιζομένων. 7.6 ΠΟΙΝΕΣ ΕΙΔΙΚΩΝ ΔΙΑΔΡΟΜΩΝ Οι ποινές των Ειδικών Διαδρομών προκύπτουν από τον συνολικό χρόνο στην ειδική διαδρομή. Σε Ειδικές Διαδρομές Regularity προκύπτουν από την παρέκκλιση από τον ιδανικό χρόνο της κάθε κατηγορίας. 7.7 ΠΟΙΝΕΣ ΑΠΛΩΝ ΔΙΑΔΡΟΜΩΝ Οι ποινές των Απλών Διαδρομών για τις μοτοσυκλέτες, Quad και Auto 4Χ4 είναι απολύτως αναλογικές με το χρόνο καθυστέρησης ή προάφιξης, δηλαδή 1 λεπτό ποινή για κάθε λεπτό καθυστέρησης ή προάφιξης. Ποινή θεωρείται και η καθυστερημένη εκκίνηση κάθε ημέρας, σκέλους, ή απλής διαδρομής, σε σχέση με τον προγραμματισμένο χρόνο που έχει ορίσει η οργάνωση. Το ωράριο εκκίνησης Απλών – Ειδικών διαδρομών θα τηρείται αυστηρά. 7.8 ΠΟΙΝΕΣ ΟΡΙΩΝ TAXYTHTAΣ Για υπέρβαση ορίων ταχύτητας σε ζώνες και περιοχές ελέγχου και περιορισμού ταχύτητας που ορίζονται από το Road Book: Για υπέρβαση από 1 έως 10 km/h: 1 λεπτό ποινής για κάθε χιλιόμετρο υπέρβασης, για κάθε σημείο, λαμβανομένουν υπόψιν του υψηλότερου σημείου ταχύτητας. Για υπέρβαση από 11 έως 20 km/h: 2 λεπτά ποινής για κάθε χιλιόμετρο υπέρβασης, για κάθε σημείο, λαμβανομένουν υπόψιν του υψηλότερου σημείου ταχύτητας. Για υπέρβαση από 21 έως 40 km/h: 5 λεπτά ποινής για κάθε χιλιόμετρο υπέρβασης, για κάθε σημείο, λαμβανομένουν υπόψιν του υψηλότερου σημείου ταχύτητας. Για υπέρβαση πάνω από 40 km/h: Αποκλεισμός από τον αγώνα Σε περίπτωση που αναβάτης παραβεί όρια ταχύτητας κατ’ επανάληψη: Αποκλεισμός από τον αγώνα, ακόμα κι αν η υπέρβαση είναι μικρότερη των 40km/h 7.9 ΑΛΛΕΣ ΠΟΙΝΕΣ Ο αλυτάρχης λαμβάνοντας υπόψη του, τον πίνακα ποινών του γενικού κανονισμού Rally Raid ή του πίνακα ποινών του γενικού κανονισμού αντοχής, και ύστερα από συμφωνία με τους Αγωνοδίκες, μπορεί να επιβάλει ποινές που μπορεί να φτάσουν μέχρι τον αποκλεισμό.

- Σε περίπτωση που αναβάτης ή πλήρωμα καλέσει στο κινητό ζητώντας βοήθεια προσανατολισμού, η ποινή είναι 15 λεπτά. Σε περίπτωση 3 και πλέον κλήσεων η ποινή είναι η μέγιστη, θεωρώντας ότι ο αγωνιζόμενος δεν ολοκλήρωσε την ειδική διαδρομή

- Η ποινή για αγωνιζόμενο που δεν ολοκληρώνει την ειδική διαδρομή είναι: Ο μέγιστος χρόνος ή η μέγιστη ποινή αγωνιζόμενου που ολοκλήρωσε την ειδική διαδρομή, + 2 ώρες. Σε κάθε περίπτωση, οι αγωνιζόμενοι που δεν ολοκληρώνουν κάποια ειδική ή απλή διαδρομή, δεν μπορούν να καταταγούν πάνω από αγωνιζόμενους που ολοκλήρωσαν όλες τις διαδρομές, ακόμη και αν ο συνολικός τους χρόνος είναι φαινομενικά μικρότερος.

- Η ποινή για αγωνιζόμενο που δεν ολοκληρώνει απλή διαδρομή, είναι: Ο μέγιστος χρόνος ή η μέγιστη ποινή αγωνιζόμενου που ολοκλήρωσε την απλή διαδρομή, + 2 ώρες.

7.10 ΧΡΟΝΟΣ ΘΕΣΗΣ ΕΚΤΟΣ ΑΓΩΝΑ Ο χρόνος θέσης εκτός αγώνα ορίζεται στα 120’ για όλα τα οχήματα, σε κάθε αγωνιστική ημέρα. Σε περίπτωση που αγωνιζόμενος καθυστερήσει παραπάνω από αυτόν σε σχέση με την ιδανική ώρα σε κάποιο ΣΕΔ ή ΣΕΧ, θεωρείται αυτόματα εκτός αγώνα, λαμβάνοντας τις προβλεπόμενες ποινές, ώστε να συνεχίσει στο επόμενο σκέλος. Ο χρόνος για θέση εκτός αγώνα μπορεί να τροποποιηθεί από την οργάνωση οποιαδήποτε στιγμή, ύστερα από πρόταση του αλυτάρχη, ειδικά εάν η καθυστέρηση έχει γίνει σε ΣΕΔ ή ΣΕΧ πριν την μέση του αγώνα. Δηλαδή η καθυστέρηση στο 1ο ΣΕΧ δεν μπορεί να είναι πάνω από 30 λεπτά, στο 2ο πάνω από 1 ώρα κτλ. Αυτοκίνητο που υπερβεί αυτούς τους χρόνους σε ένα σκέλος του αγώνα, μπορεί να εκκινήσει στο επόμενο σκέλος, με τις ανάλογες ποινές από το σκέλος που δεν ολοκλήρωσε.

7.11 ΟΡΓΑΝΟ ΚΑΤΑΓΡΑΦΗΣ ΔΙΑΔΡΟΜΗΣ Η καταγραφή της διαδρομής έγινε με μοτοσικλέτα και όργανο ΙΜΟ 100R50 Rally, με ακρίβεια 10 μέτρων. Σημείο καλιμπραρίσματος υπάρχει εμπρός από το χώρο του διοικητικού ελέγχου. Οι πορείες των οχημάτων παρακολουθούνται και καταγράφονται με δορυφορικό σύστημα παρακολούθησης – καταγραφής, από όπου μπορούν να υπολογιστούν η σωστή ακολουθία της διαδρομής, τυχόν παραβάσεις ορίων ταχύτητας, η στάση του οχήματος σε τυχόν πρόβλημα, και τυχόν καθυστερήσεις για λόγους ανωτέρας βίας όπως μπλοκαρισμένη διαδρομή, βοήθεια σε ατύχημα κτλ. Σε τέτοιες περιπτώσεις, ο Αλυτάρχης μπορεί να αποφασίσει την αφαίρεση της συγκεκριμένης καθυστέρησης σε κάποιο πλήρωμα, όταν αυτή αποδεδειγμένα έγινε για λόγους ανωτέρας βίας, εξωτερικής βοήθειας σε περίπτωση τραυματισμού άλλου αγωνιζόμενου. 7.12 ΠΡΟΑΦΙΞΗ Επιτρέπεται η προάφιξη, στην τελευταία απλή του αγώνα στον τερματισμό. Δεν επιτρέπεται στις υπόλοιπες απλές, εκτός εάν ο οργανωτής το αποφασίσει για τις μοτοσυκλέτες, για λόγους ασφαλείας. ΑΡΘΡΟ 8: ΔΙΑΦΗΜΙΣΗ Πέραν από τις διαφημίσεις που βρίσκονται πάνω και κάτω από τους αριθμούς συμμετοχής, είναι υποχρεωτική η τοποθέτηση των διαφημίσεων των χορηγών του αγώνα στα σημεία που θα υποδείξει ο οργανωτής. Σε περίπτωση που συμμετέχων δε θέλει να τοποθετήσει την προαιρετική διαφήμιση του οργανωτή, οφείλει να πληρώσει παράβολο συμμετοχής της ομάδας του προσαυξημένο 100%. ΑΡΘΡΟ 9: ΕΠΑΘΛΑ Στους τρεις πρώτους κάθε κατηγορίας θα απονεμηθούν κύπελλα. Ο αλυτάρχης έχει δικαίωμα να απονείμει επιπλέον κύπελλα, εφόσον το επιθυμεί τα οποία μπορεί να ανακοινώσει στην απονομή. Σε όλους τους τερματίσαντες θα απονεμηθούν μετάλλια. ΑΡΘΡΟ 10: ΑΠΟΝΟΜΗ Η απονομή των επάθλων θα γίνει στο χώρο του τερματισμού αμέσως μετά τον τελικό τεχνικό έλεγχο, την ανακοινωμένη ώρα. ΑΡΘΡΟ 11: ΕΞΟΠΛΙΣΜΟΣ OXHMATΩΝ – ΑΝΑΒΑΤΩΝ - ΠΛΗΡΩΜΑΤΩΝ 11.1 ΜΟΤΟΣΥΚΛΕΤΕΣ Για τις μοτοσυκλέτες είναι απαραίτητα: Φώτα πορείας εμπρός και πίσω και stop σε λειτουργία, κόρνα, πίσω φτερό με λασπωτήρα, αντίγραφο πινακίδας σε πλαστικό ή χαρτί. Οικολογικά ελαστικά δεν απαιτούνται, αλλά προτείνονται 11.2 QUAD - ATV Για τα Quad – ATV είναι απαραίτητα: Φώτα πορείας εμπρός και πίσω και stop σε λειτουργία, κόρνα, nerf bars, kill switch. 11.3 ANAΒΑΤΕΣ Για τους αναβάτες είναι υποχρεωτικά: Κράνος full face, θώρακας, επιαγκωνίδες – επιγονατίδες, γάντια, μπουφάν, μπότες και γυαλιά - μάσκα 11.4 AUTO 4X4 Ζ1 Υποχρεωτικά roll cage, ζώνες 4 σημείων, καθίσματα τύπου bucket, 2 2κιλοι πυροσβεστήρες ξηράς κόνεως ή σύστημα πυρόσβεσης. Κράνη ECE για οδηγό και συνοδηγό, 2 ιμάντες έλξης βάσει του βάρους του οχήματος, κιτ πρώτων βοηθειών, λασπωτήρες 30cm από το έδαφος, kill switch, φώτα πλοήγησης στην θέση του συνοδηγού, φώτα πορείας πίσω και stop σε λειτουργία, κόρνα, τρίγωνο στάσης, και επιπλέον φώτα STOP σε υψηλό σημείο του αμαξώματος, καθώς και ότι άλλες τεχνικές προδιαγραφές επιβάλλει ο Τεχνικός Κανονισμός. 11.5 AUTO 4X4 Ζ2 Προτείνεται roll cage, ζώνες 4 σημείων, καθίσματα τύπου bucket. Προτείνονται Κράνη ECE για οδηγό και συνοδηγό. Υποχρεωτικά 1 2κιλος πυροσβεστήρες ξηράς κόνεως, 2 ιμάντες έλξης βάσει του βάρους του οχήματος, κιτ πρώτων βοηθειών, λασπωτήρες 30cm από το έδαφος, φώτα πλοήγησης στην θέση του συνοδηγού, φώτα πορείας πίσω και stop σε λειτουργία, κόρνα, τρίγωνο στάσης, καθώς και ότι άλλες τεχνικές προδιαγραφές επιβάλλει ο Τεχνικός Κανονισμός. Απαγορεύεται η μεταφορά καυσίμων μέσα ή πάνω στα οχήματα σε κάνιστρα ή άλλα.

GREEK CHAMPIONSHIP 4X4 ENDURANCE – EPA / OMAE – ELPA 2011 4TH RACE

ARTICLE 1: GENERAL 1.1 DEFINITION

The Off‐Road Team, after approval from the UEM, the EPA / OMAE AMOTOE will organize the Serres Rally Raid 2011, which will be held on 26‐30/10/2011, in the region of Serres, Drama, Kilkis Thessaloniki, and counts in the European Championship Bike Cross Country Rally Raid Tout Terrain 2011, and National Championship Endurance Race 4x4. The race will take place in accordance with: a. The Rules and Regulations of the UEM and the EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP Tout Terrain b. The Regulations of the OMAE PAN 4x4 ENDURANCE CHAMPIONSHIP and annexes. c. The General Rules of ENDURANCE RACE 4X4 for vehicles and its annexes / circulars. d. The General Rules of RACE TRAIL RIDE ‐ RALLY RAID on bikes ‐ Quads F of this specific regulation. The general rules and their annexes are available on the organizers official site: www.serresrally.com, http://www.offroadteam.gr The Serres Rally Raid race is an event which is in accordance with the Regulation of Rally Raid ‐ Trail Ride of UEM, FIM, AMOTOE ‐ PSC / OMAE races, Regulation Championship 4x4 SIA / OMAE with participation of motorcycles and 4x4 vehicles. Where there are conflicts in the regulations, these are clarified by the specific regulation, circulars that may follow, while disputes are resolved by the Board of Stewards, the Marshals and Race Director.

Z3: Entry Level Class for production cars, and for beginner crews ARTICLE 5: REGISTRATION For the race all competitors which hold a valid driver’s license from the Ministry of Transport and a valid racing license from the PSC / OMAE for automobile drivers or a Racing License accreditation from AMOTOE for bike riders will be accepted to race. With respect to foreign competitors, International ‐ European Teams License will be accepted, or a National racing license together with a Starting Permission from the Federation where they belong. License which holds penalties, which may be imposed by the corresponding disciplinary bodies, will not be accepted. Competitors who do not hold a valid racing license can request a day license from the race administration, only if a valid driver’s license is present. Anyone who wants to participate, must complete an application form and deposit the amount corresponding to the class, indicating their name in the comments section and sending it by fax to 210 5127532 or by email to [email protected] TOGETHER with the deposit receipt of the entry fee. ARTICLE 6: FEES ‐ INSURANCE The participation fees are as follows: For motorcycles and quads 300 € by 30 August, 400 € by October 15, while for late entries (not paid by 15/10) 500 € For vehicles 4x4 500 € by 30 August, 700 € by October 15, while for late entries (not paid by 15/10) 850 € The AMOTOE, OMAE, the Organizing Committee, LAMS, the Off Road Team, officers, judges, sponsors, advertisers and the drivers of the race, do not assume any liability to third parties for any accident which may happen during the race. The liability is held by the insurance company which has concluded a contract covering risks from these activities. Competitors should be aware that the stages take place on roads open to public traffic and must observe the National Road Codes throughout the race. Insurance coverage: The insurance coverage and amounts are listed in the Circular of the CPC / OMAE and AMOTOE. ARTICLE 7: RACE 7.1 STARTING POSISTIONS AND RACE START. Motocycles will be the first to start the race. After a period of 10 minutes Quads will start, while the first car will follow in time to be decided by the Race Director, but no less than thirty (30) minutes after the last Quad has left the start line. The first Stage start order (Introduction) will be decide by the Race Director. After each Stage, the start order will be set by the classification of the previous Stage, motorcycles and Quad will be first, then automobiles and 4x4. 7.2 ROUTES AND TRAFFIC The race will take place on roads open to public traffic, except the special stages , the Prologue will be closed to traffic of other vehicles. Competitors are required throughout the race to obey the National road rules and the maximum permissible speed set by them, and should show proper attention to regular users of the road. Especially for vehicles passing through residential areas, a designated maximum speed limit of 30 or 50 kilometers is set, unless the local road codes and signs provides lower limit. In each case, the penalties can reach up to and exclusion from the race. The route control and speed control will be checked by GPS tracking system, and will be monitored during and after the race, competitors routes will be checked for any violations. 7.3 VEHICLES ARRIVING TO THE START AREA Vehicles must be presented at the start area, one hour before the start of the race, otherwise the organizer may fill the position with another crew or competitor and will not be given permission to start. In this case, the crew which did not appear at the start area can be excluded from the race or stage.

7.4 SELECTED ROUTES AND TIMED ROUTES The selected routes and timed routes of the race will take place on roads open to the public traffic. The Average Speed on all special regularity routes is not greater than 50 km / hour. On regularity specific routes that will take place on roads OPEN to public traffic, speed limits are set by the National Road Codes and SHOULD BE FOLLOWED at all times, even if the average speed set by the organizer is greater. The crews must finish the regularity route without stopping (except for unforeseen events), following the Average Speed of the special stage, given by the organizer. The organizer, in his discretion, shall designate intermediate timing points at check points. The average speed for the precision timed routes may be announced before the start of the race. 7.5 MISSED CHECK POINT PENALIES (CP) Missed Check Points Penalties The penalty for missing a check point (CP) is set at 30 minutes for each violation. The penalty can be changed by the Race Director, and confirmation of the recorded tracks of the participants. 7.6 SPECIAL STAGE PENALTIES Special stage penalties will result from the total time on special stage. In the Special Stages with Regularity resulting from the deviation from the ideal time for each category. 7.7 PENALTIES Liaison Stages Liaison Stage penalties for motorcycles, Quad and 4x4 are strictly proportional to the delay or early arrival, ie 1 minute penalty for every minute late or early arrival. For excess over 40 km / h: Exclusion from the race If the speed limits are exceed repeatedly: The competitor or crew will be exclusion from the race, even if the excess speed is less than 40km/h 7.9 OTHER PENALTIES The Race Director of the course taking into account, the penalties set by the General Regulation Rally Raid or penalties set by the General Regulation of resistance, and after agreement with the Stewards may impose penalties that can reach as far as exclusion from the race. ‐ If rider or crew calls for help via mobile phone for direction assistants, the penalty is 15 minutes. If 3 or more calls are made, the maximum penalty is set, assuming that the competitor has not completed the special stage. ‐ The penalty for a competitor who does not complete the special stage is: The maximum time or maximum penalty for the competitors who have completed the special stage, + 2 hours. In any event, competitors who do not complete a specific or liaison stage cannot be classed over competitors who have completed all the stages, even though their total time is seemingly smaller. ‐ The penalty for a competitor who does not complete a liaison stage is: The maximum time or maximum penalty for a competitor who has completed a liaison stage, + 2 hours. 7.10 ONTIME LIMITS IN THE RACE The on‐time position of the race is set to 120 for all vehicles in each race day. If a competitor has a time larger than the set time in a CP or TC, he is automatically out of the race, accepting the penalties, so they can continue to the next Stage. The out of race time may be modified by the organizers at any time upon proposal to the Race Director of the race, especially if the delay has come from a CP or TC before the middle of the race. Meaning the delay in the first TC cannot be over 30 minutes, over 1 hour for the second TC, etc. cars that exceed these

times in a Stage, can start the next Stage, with corresponding penalties from the stage that was not completed. 7.11 INSTITUTION COURSE RECORD The route of the race was done by bike and a IMO 100R50 Rally, with an accuracy of 10 meters. Calibration point is available in front of the administrative control. Trajectories of vehicles are monitored by satellite tracking – recording systems, where they are able to calculate the correct route of the race, any violations of speed limits, stopping of the vehicle due to technical problems, and any delays due to unforeseen events as e.g. a blocked path, providing help in case of an accident, etc. in such cases the Race Director may decide to remove the particular delay from a crew, when it is proven that the delay was due to a unforeseen event or foreign assistance in case of injury of another competitor. 7.12 EARLY ARRIVAL Early arrival is allowed only, on the last liaison stage at the end of the race. It is not allowed for the rest of the liaison stages, unless the organizer decides for motorcycles riders, for safety reasons. ARTICLE 8: SPONSORSHIP Organizer keeps the right to put stickers on patricipants’ vehicles. If the competitor does not want it, must pays double entry fee. ARTICLE 9: TROPHIES There are cups for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd competitor. The organization may give extra cups as it likes. All participants who will finish the race will take medals. ARTICLE 10: PRIZE GIVING CEREMONY The Prize giving ceremony will take place at Elpida Resort & Spa Hotel the scheduled time. ARTICLE 11: VEEHICLES AND CREW EQUIPMENT 11.1 BIKES The motorbikes must have: Light, brake light, horn, rear fender with mudguard, copy of number plate. Street legal tyres are not obligatory. 11.2 QUAD ‐ ATV The Quads must have: Light, brake light, horn, nerf bars, kill switch. 11.3 RIDERS Riders must wear: Full Face Helmet, Chest protector, knee protectors, elbow protectors, gloves, Enduro Jacket, Boots, mask. 11.4 AUTO 4X4 Ζ1 The cars must be equipped with: roll cage, race belt, bucket seats, 2 2kg fire extinguishers, or equal automatic system, ECE helmets, 2 belt for the vehicle, first aid kit, mudguards, kill switch, lights, brake lights, Horn, Stop signal, and all the rest equipment mentioned from the Technical Regulations. 11.5 AUTO 4X4 Ζ2 The cars may be equipped with: roll cage, race belt, bucket seats. The must be equipped with 2 2kg fire extinguishers, or equal automatic system, ECE helmets, 2 belt for the vehicle, first aid kit, mudguards, kill switch, lights, brake lights, Horn, Stop signal, and all the rest equipment mentioned from the Technical Regulations. Carrying of any type of fuel tanks on the vehicles is forbidden.
