ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONCEREMONY FEE $2,000 plus 7% sales tax. Lighting and sound package required for outdoor locations. Pricing starting at $800 ++ and up. Event size and location will determine specific needs and final pricing.

SERVICE FEE A 24% taxable service charge will apply to all food and beverage prices. 7% Florida Sales Taxes will apply to service charge plus a 9% tax will apply to food and beverage prices.

BARTENDER FEE $150 per bartender. (1) Bartender required per every 60 guests; 4 Hour service)

FOOD TASTINGS Complimentary menu tasting for plated meal service is available for up to 4 guests. Tastings are scheduled 3 months prior to your event date. Tastings are scheduled Monday – Friday at 3 pm. All tastings require at least 2 weeks advance notice please. Tastings are provided are provided for weddings with a minimum of 100 Guests Count Contracted.

CULINARY Our sample menu serves as a guideline for your memorable celebration. Menu can be customized in order to accommodate your special needs and wishes. Final menu selection is due at least 3 weeks prior to your event date. Special meals for dietary, health and religious reasons can be arranged with the Catering Man-ager with proper notice 10 business days prior to event.

WEDDING CAKE Our Package includes designer wedding cake by Ana Paz or Todo Dulce. Our preferred partners will assist

you in creating as wonderfully designed wedding cake of your dreams.

MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES Some additional charges may be incurred while planning your wedding. These charges may include power drop, lighting, restroom attendants, vendor meals, and security.

SEATING CHART Based on your event requirements, a personalized seating diagram will be designed by your Catering Manager.
