Liason with statutory institutions to approve and witness repair work done and other necessary test in accordance to ASME code or equivalent. Carry out chemical cleaning to eliminate scaling and avoid potential SCC failure. Carry out inspection of pipe rack and modification work Carry out HVAC Duct system and its supports inspection and modification work to prevent duct distortion and leakages. Carryout refractory repairs and modification to improve heat leakage and improve equipment efficiency. Carryout insulation and painting work to improve heat leakage and improve protection against corrosion. Troubleshooting of boilers or Steam Generator performance related problems and development and implementation of RISK Base Inspection (RBI) Program to ensure continuous reliability of the equipment is assured and performing to world class standards.
