The Knockabouts September 7, 7pm
The Knockabouts
are a Marquette
based Celtic music
group, whose music
spans the traditional
and contemporary
folk worlds. The
members include
Barb Rhyneer on
fiddle, mandolin and
voice, Tim DeMarte
on percussion, guitar and voice, and Dan Truckey
on guitar and voice. They were a huge hit for
their last performances at Falling Rock….let’s
welcome them back!
Their performance at Falling Rock on this night is
part of the TWO BOOKS, TWO COMMUNITIES
events going on all of September and October in
Munising and Marquette! These events feature
two authors: Cindy Morgan, author of
“Harborless” and Jerry Dennis, author of
“The Living Great Lakes”. The Knockabouts plan
on performing some songs featuring our great
lakes and maritime history. Check out

fiddle, Doug Mick-
ey on guitar and
Jerry Melchiori on banjo make up this Bluegrass Band!
All three of the band members perform vocals.
They will bring pure talent to warm your heart dur-
ing as we head into our fall season!
