WELCOME DR. JEFFERY ELLIOTT
Welcome, Dr. Jeffery Elliott, the new pastor at Daphne Baptist Church! We
welcome him and his wife, Debbie, to Baldwin Baptist Association, as well. He has served on staff of churches in Tennessee, Alabama, Kentucky and
Washington. He is a graduate of Golden Gate Baptist and Southern Baptist Theological Seminaries.
Pastor Elliott shares dynamic preaching, connecting the Bible to life. He
has a great background and experience in church development. He is also
a certified Coach, Teacher and Speaker for the John Maxwell Leadership organization.
We are happy to have them as part of our Baldwin

GARM MINISTRY OPPORTUNITY Baldwin County Fair - September 20-24
We need churches to adopt a night and supply vol-unteers for that night. We need 7 to 10 people to help each night - Any ages welcome! Volunteers will pray with people, hand out tracts & information about their church, help children with a craft, do simple face painting and then speak with waiting parents who are looking on. Other volunteers will hand out Bibles and enjoy fellowship with each other! Call 591-6125 or 945-5112 to volunteer.

SUNDAY SCHOOL TRAINING CONFERENCE
Sunday, August 28th, was a great time of learning and fellowship.
Many of you braved the afternoon downpour to attend the Sunday
School Training Conference at Jubilee Baptist Church in Daphne. We send a big “thank you” to Jubilee for hosting this event. That
evening, Ron Pratt delivered an inspiring message, encouraging us
to stand firm in our values.
