Vision Statements
This is your big picture idea or long-term goal.
The concept you want your name and business to be associated with.
What you want them to think of when they think of you.
YOU
THEM
Vision Statements
Short and concise enough to be easily remembered and repeated.
Should be challenging enough to require commitment and growth.
Describes where you’re going, not where you are.

Vision Statements
Questions that might be helpful:
What is my ultimate goal for the business? Who do I want to be?
What change do I want to see in the world around me?
What do I want community perception of my goal to be?
Why did I get into this business?
Why is this work important?
Mission Statements
The actions that move you toward your big picture idea or long-term goal.
How you will meet the need or supply your service.
What you will do today to make the future a reality.
LET’S GO!
YOU

Mission Statements
Should be specific and practical, not vague or dreamy
Where the vision is mentality, the mission is your action plan
Provides focus and direction for your team’s daily operations
Mission Statements
Questions that might be helpful:
Who do I want to serve?
Who would most benefit from what I have to offer?
How will I meet the needs of my clients?
How can my vision affect the change I want to see?
