    Stuying the Past is the Key to the Future

    Are your plans in place for the coming season? The sales reps have been busy; did you get next years orders in? If so, hopefully the information in this issue will serve as a checklist and give you some peace of mind. If you still have some work to do, maybe we can offer some good advice to get you through.

    Look at the trends, new plants can get people excited and can drive a lot of business. Make sure you are getting the same publications that your customers are looking at so you can anticipate what new items they are going to be looking for. The question is: how muc
