(a)keeptheofficerortheofficer'sdesigneereasonablyinformedaboutthestatusofamatterandpromptlycomplywithreasonablerequestsforinformation;(b)explainamattertotheextentreasonablynecessarytoenabletheofficerortheofficer'sdesigneetomakeinformeddecisionsregardingtherepresentation;(c)abidebytheofficer'sordesignee'sdecisionsconcerningtheobjectivesoftherepresentationandconsultwiththeofficerordesigneeastothemeansbywhichtheyaretobepursued;and(d)jointlybyagreement,establishprotocolswiththeofficertofacilitatecommunicationsandworkingrelationshipswiththe officeroragenciesundertheofficer'ssupervision.
