High Tea & Sport-A-Month Launch
hosted by Cowra Information and Neighbourhood Centre and Council
River Park 11am to 1pm Join us at River Park for High Tea from 11am and try some sports
in the Baby Boomers ‘Sport-A-Month’ program. Join the activi-
ties and enjoy a friendly chat over a cup of tea.

Seniors Week Luncheon & ‘SportsAbility” Day
hosted by Meals on Wheels
Cowra Bowling Club — 11am to 2pm The luncheon will be a great place to have a good laugh this year!
Denise has plenty of games in store for participants to do sitting

to make a collage. Take home a completed picture. All equipment
