L o c a t i o n s a n d W a r d r o b eYou can choose to use as many locations and have as many wardrobe changes as you would like! Locations will be selected prior to the day of your shoot, but we can be flexible as well. If you have certain locations you would like to use, please let me know. We will work together to plan the locations that will best suite your

style, and the style of your shoot. If you have questions about what clothes to wear, feel free to ask me prior to your shoot - you can even send me photos or

bring lots of options the day of !

Keep in mind - as you have more travel time between locations or more time changing clothes, you will have less shooting time.

W h a t h a p p e n s a f t e r m y s h o o t ?I will go in and edit all of the photos I determine are “keepers” - ones without

blinking, excessively wild hair, etc. This selection is at my discretion and allows for the best images to be returned as quickly as possible. Once all images are

edited, you will be notified of the password for your personal proofing gallery as well as instructions on how to access the gallery and select the photos you will receive on CD. This gallery will be made available to you within two weeks af-

ter your photoshoot. Your gallery will be available for two weeks, and your order must be placed within that timeframe.

H o w i s p a y m e n t h a n d l e d ?Session payment is due at the beginning of your photoshoot, and can be made in

cash or check made out to Brooke Holmes. Any payments for additional items purchased will be due before the product is delivered.

W a r d r o b eI recommend wearing at least one of your favorite ‘go-to’ outfits that you already have. You’ll feel confident in it, and that shows! Then if you want to bring some

new pieces, you can do that too.

You don’t have to shy away from pattern or colors, but keep it streamlined with only one or two “bold” pieces per outfit. Think solid color sweater with a colored statement necklace, or a bright floral/geometric scarf to get a good balance. Ac-

cessories are always fun options, so feel free to bring options for those too. Most of all, just remember to pick clothes that really exemplify your style!!

Ladies, keep in mind when picking out clothes to make sure you avoid having bra straps showing etc., or clothes that will really limit how you can move - you’ll want to have a variety of looks for your photos, so being able to move around will

help with that. Pay attention to detail (like chipped nail polish) as these details will show up in your photos.

P O s i n gI understand that being in front of a camera is something you may not be used to,

so don’t worry - I’m here to help! I will give you direction and suggestions on poses, however I want you to be comfortable making each pose feel like “you”.

Trust in my expertise as the photographer, and I’ll trust you to make the slight ad-justments you need to feel the most confident. Together, we’ll get the perfect shot.

T H e m e / P r o p sI am open to finding ways to make your photos represent your personality, so if you have a certain idea, don’t hesitate to tell me! I will let you know ways we can blend that with my style of photography. Props or special items are encouraged,

but we will want to make sure they’re kept at a certain limit so that you remain the primary focus of the images, rather than the props taking center stage.
