The position of Executive Assistant to the Pastor at Rutgers Presbyterian Church is a very special
ministry. The person who holds this position should be knowledgeable about the Reformed
tradition and should feel called to Christian service. This position is primarily intended to assist
and support the pastor in two major functions: (1) planning, developing and implementing the
