Runaldo Ferre is a highly skilled and experienced architect and interior designer, with a proven track record for delivering exceptional project outcomes. His skills include AutoCAD expertise, hand drawing, directing of 3D projects and/or teams, and excellent capability across all Adobe Suite software programs. Runaldo is highly versatile in applying his solid design skills to a variety of client requirements including residential, commercial, hospitality and even specialisations such as yacht interiors. He is also unique in that his strong graphic design skills allow for the excellent presentation of ideas, layouts and envisioned spaces. While Runaldo has lived and worked in Sao Paulo, London, Dubai, and Cape Town, he is currently residing in London indefinitely and seeking a permanent position in either interior design or architecture.

Interior Design for a luxury residence in Bishops Avenue, North London, following Feng Shui principles and encompassing the following:

Ground Floor

o Full design solutions for the main entrance hall and passageway, dining and living rooms: bespoke cabinetry, furniture selection, woodwork design (boiserie), selection of wall coverings, curtains and carpets, special illumination and automation, as well as general décor.

o New layout for a private office, encompassing implementation of online conferencing system, furniture and equipment selection, bespoke cabinetry design, and selection of curtains and automated blinds.

o New layout for a breakfast lounge, including bespoke double-sided curved partition with curved TVs installation, bar table and special illumination.

First and Top Floors

o Full design solution, including furniture, fabric and wallcovering selection for the master bedroom and walk-in closet, as well as bespoke cabinetry design and furniture design.

o New layout and design for four children bedrooms, plus a playroom, including interior architecture for the creation of new spaces and room extensions by breaking existent stud walls.
