CONTROLL INNERSEAL

Impermeabilización hidrófuga: Impermeabilización y sellado penetrante a través de la superficiealtamente eficaz (Controll Innerseal). Tratamiento de nueva generación para todo tipo de materiales de construcción, sin ningún riesgo medioambiental. Con aditivo especial que hace que elproducto penetre y selle el material contra la humedad. Controll Innerseal penetra muy profundo en el material, formandouna barrera acristalada desde la superficie hacia el interior hasta más o menos 20 cm. de profundidad (en 72 horas) y 40 cm. (a los 15 días). Las superficies tratadas son muy resistentes al agua y otros líquidos. El producto protege un volumen superficial sin cambiar lanaturaleza del material con el tiempo. Como el producto lleva un catalizador que permite al producto penetrar en profundidad, (sus partículas son menores de 0,7 nanómetros). la duración de este tratamiento será de minimo10 años.

Porque es necesario tratar el hormigón: Normalmente el hormigón consta de cinco diferentes componentes:arena, grava, cemento, agua y aire. Agua y aire ocupan mucho sitioen el hormigón, durante el proceso de endurecimiento el agua y el aire forman poros en el hormigón. Estos poros hacen un sistema detransporte para el agua. Esta agua lleva contaminación como, lluviaácida, cloro y ácido, y claramente reduce la fuerza y el espesor delhormigón. Cuando se trata el hormigón con Innerseal, los poros (huecos) son sellados. Controll Innerseal protege de la penetración de agua, grasa, aceite, ácido y sal, pero permite la entrada de oxígeno a su interior. Con estoeliminamos los problemas de crecimiento de moho y la destruccióndel hormigón en general. El uso de este producto esextraordinariamente económico.

CONTROLL®INNERSEAL es una solución bioquímica modificada a base de silicatos y ha sido diseñada para la aplicación sobre hormigones para conseguir un período largo de impermeabilización y durabilidad. MODO DE ACTUACIÓN: Todos los hormigones contienen una gran cantidad de finos poros y ampollas, las cuáles están conectadas unos con otros por capilaridad, creando un sistema altamente efectivo para el transporte de posibles filtraciones. Estas filtraciones aportan una polución interna, en forma de precipitaciones ácidas, cloros y ácidos, los cuáles, ya sea individualmente o en su conjunto, debilitan la calidad del hormigón. CONTROLL®INNERSEAL pertenece a una generación de tratamientos para hormigón y subproductos del mismo, respetuosos con el medioambiente. El tratamiento penetra activa y profundamente en el hormigón, deteniendo efectivamente las filtraciones, corrosión de la armadura y lavado del calcio. CONTROLL®INNERSEAL reduce la entrada de polvo, expele aceites y grasas remanentes y es a su vez una excelente imprimación para tratamientos posteriores de la superficie. Más allá de esto, CONTROLL®INNERSEAL presenta un efecto restringente de hongos, moho y crecimiento de algas. CONTROLL®INNERSEAL previene los ataques de corrosión en la armadura de hierro, así como garantiza el nivel correcto de PH dentro del hormigón. Gracias a CONTROLL®INNERSEAL el equilibrio de los materiales usados en el hormigón, tales como color, consistencia y apariencia, no sufrirán modificaciones. El tratamiento dejará una superficie limpia y natural, sin restos de película o film. Tratamientos con CONTROLL®INNERSEAL son permanentes y no requieren mantenimiento. Usando este producto se consigue, por lo tanto, un coste reducido. ÁREAS DE APLICACIÓN: Las áreas típicas de aplicación, son en fundamentos o cimientos de hormigón, sótanos, terrazas, muros y paredes, pisos y techos. CONTROLL®INNERSEAL ha sido usado también en silos y minas, piscinas, aljibes, puentes y túneles, con resultados igual de excelentes. Estas áreas típicas problemáticas, presentan generalmente como problema principal, la penetración del agua. Sin embargo, tras el tratamiento con CONTROLL®INNERSEAL, los problemas de humedades, adherencia de pintura o cola causado por sal, hollín o polvo, se resuelven completamente. PREPARACIÓN E INSTRUCCIONES DE USO: La superficie debe estar libre de polvo, pintura vieja u otras incrustaciones que puedan

obstruir la penetración. Hormigón defectuosos/ grietas grandes deben ser reparadas con anterioridad por personal especializado. Superficies pulidas adyacentes ( como p.ej. Vidrios, aluminio, azulejos, cerámicos) y superficies barnizadas deben ser cubiertas. Remover o batir bien el producto. APLICACIÓN: Si la superficie del hormigón esta demasiado seca o la temperatura es inferior a los 20 ºC, humedecer la superficie levemente con agua, evivanto charcos o flujos. Aplique CONTROLL®INNERSEAL con rodillo, pincel o pulverizador de baja presión ( recomendado). Aplicar de forma suficiente hasta observar una humedad pareja evitando charcos y flujos. El rendimiento de cubrimiento es de 3 - 6 m2 en dos aplicaciones, dependiendo de las características de absorción de la superficie. Si la superficie absorbe una cantidad anormal de humedad, será necesaria una capa adicional. Para incrementar o acelerar el proceso de sellado, lave con agua entre 12 y 24 horas después de finalizar la aplicación. Para evitar posibles secreciones y consolidar al máximo la consolidación, lave con agua nuevamente después de 48 horas. Secreciones pueden aparecer a posterior, sin embargo estas no son problemáticas y pueden ser eliminadas por lavado si es necesario. No aplique CONTROLL®INNERSEAL a temperaturas inferiores a 5 ºC o superiores a 40 ºC. HERRAMIENTAS APLICACIÓN: Riego mediante equipo difusor manual o eléctrico. LIMPIEZA PIEL: Agua y jabón común Asegure una buena ventilación y el uso de protección respiratorias en áreas poco ventiladas, a fin de evitar irritaciones en las vías respiratorias.

1 Task

On 30.05.08 we were commissioned by BetonSeal GmbH & Co. KG to ascertain the properties of drying agents.

2 Materials used

2.1 Drying Agents

Three containers each containing 2.5l of the drying agent Innerseal were delivered on 10.06.08. On 08.07.08 a 2.5l container of Topseal was delivered.

2.2 The bricks

Two standard bricks were used for this test.

3 Experiment

In order to test the water absorption in bricks (on 07.07.2008), two standard bricks were sealed with butyl rubber tape and silicone. One of the bricks (Z2) was treated with Topseal on a sample surface by BetonSeal personnel on 09.07.2008. Both samples (Z1 and Z2) were then stored at 20 degrees C / 65% a.a.h. (ambient air humidity) until the beginning of the test.

Before the test, both bricks were weighed, together with the sealing material, and the placed, the sample surface downwards, in a basin of water at 20 degrees C° to a depth of 3cm (see Fig. A1) and regularly weighed.

4 Results

4.1 Testing the absorption of water in bricks

The results of the examinations are shown in Table 1 and Fig.1.
