Photo challenges for budding wildlife photographers

Challenge Find a willing volunteer and have them pose for a ‘trick shot’ – place them so they appear to be eating a fish, holding an elephant or even growing some antlers. Play with placement and have fun!

Trick Shot

ChallengeTake a really colourful photo. This can be one brightly coloured animal or a photo with lots of different colours!

Colour

ChallengeFind an animal with an unusual feature – a tooth, a claw, the pattern on its fur – anything! Then take your photo close up to show it off!

Get up CloseChallengeFind a big animal and take a photo from an unexpected angle – crouch down low or get up high!
