trying to improve to your full potential.

How do I start?• Take an inventory of the skills you already possessYou already have many positive qualities  Even if you are only managing a household, you will have some of the following skills. Add your professional and other skills to the list and you will be amazed at your own inventory of skills. From there, it is easy to improve upon one area at a time.

• Managing a Household:Skills required to manage a home are indisputably, as the term suggests, managerial. This is what makes them so important and potentially useful as employment skills. Managing a household successfully combines the complexities of: - leadership - time management - forward planning - financial control - organizational and administrative skills

and most important of all: a wide range of communication skills, i.e. - listening carefully- speaking effectively face-to-face and over the phone - negotiating and diplomacy - persuading and commanding - the ability to formulate and write official letters
