The computer-controlled automatic weight control system can produce tablets of more accurate quantities. The discharge chute is equipped with a rejection gate that can discharge defective tablets generated by an initial operation of the equipment and by AWC system as well as a sampling gate that can automatically discharge samples in accordance with setup values during the sampling test. In addition, we modified the holding handle to make it easy to attach and detach, maximizing the convenience of repair and maintenance.

Mounted to adjust tablet weight, the weight rail is designed to modulate the height of the device by a motor from the touch screen. If the lower punch fails to move smoothly over the disk hall, it could cause serious damage to the system. So all automatic rotary tablet presses are equipped with punch tight rail and road cell to detect any inappropriate move, thereby perfectly preventing rails and punches from being damaged. Also, weight rail assembly is easy to disassemble and assemble for convenient maintenance and repair.

If the ejection force exceeds the standard values, it can cause a machine breakdown with the punch getting jammed in the disk. To solve the problem, Sejong Pharmatech has installed a road-cell to detect any inappropriate movement of the lower punch in the disk hall so as to prevent rails and punches from being damaged.

The upper down rail has a punch tight rail that can detect any bumpiness of the lower punch in the disk hall and a load-cell to protect the upper rails and punches from being damaged. Also, through an automatic lubricator installed at the lower part of the machine, there is an automatic oil supply line to protect the upper punch and the rail. You can control them through the display panel.

By simplifying the assembly of the connection between powder hopper and mechanical feeder, it is easier to check the powder supply status through transparent acrylic pipe and sensors and automatically provides powder in case of machinery stoppage or the attachment of powder loading system (option). You can easily mount and dismount a mechanical feeder by releasing the left and right handles, while improving assembly method of the mechanical feeder stand to achieve simple disassembly and assembly, time saving for easy maintenance and repair

Sejong's unique disk-lifting device developed to improve customer productivity at lower costs can replace disk, punch, and rail once without an additional main machine. Also, this equipment has reduced by more than 20% disk replacement time compared with the previous model.

· Disk Change Set-up FunctionFunction to aid easy disk replacement, by setting up the top heightvalue of upper pressure roll, the top height value of disk, and the lowestvalue of operation stand.

To reduce the problems such as capping that might occur during tablet production, these machines were designed to have pre-load and main load roll assemblies in the same structure and to exactly divide their locations to distribute loads on the machine and at the same time pressure on tablets. You can easily manipulate the upper and lower compression rolls by servo motor and the height adjustment of disk lifting device and the values will be displayed digitally on the operation panel.

Basic safety measure against any possible danger for user and machine safety. This safety function is triggered when machine fails to operate; it pops up a safe message that explains the cause of machine failure on the operating screen with an alarm sound.
